Service man Tim just left my property doing a hot tub start up. He was AMAZING, extremely clear on instructions and very knowledgeable. Nothing but 5 stars from the second I walked in the showroom, to delivery to start up today everything has been wonderful.

Got a new swimspa. Sales was good but the service after has been awesome. Lance came out and showed me how everything worked and took as much time as needed to get everything right. Would highly recommend them.

I paid for a pool opening. The crew only did 1/4 of the job and said they'd be back. They did not come back. I called four days later and was told they'd be out on Monday. I took off Monday so I could be home while they finished, but they did not come. I called the store to find out where they were and was told that I am scheduled for later in the week." They did not show up later in the week so I called again
