Hugo provided an excellent service. He answered all of our questions, took time to explain everything related to the contract and the maintenance of a spa and really made sure we were happy with our choice. Would definitely recommend him and the store to anyone

Purchased a 10-foot above-ground pool and received excellent service from Alexi Elkaim Galarneau (Representative). He took the time to listen to our needs and propose the right product. I honestly do not remember receiving service of this caliber...in any retail outlet. Thanks be being attentive Alexi!

Clean store, and all the employees are very kind. Even though in high season, some part-time workers, sometimes, couldn't answer the questions, they would find their colleagues to help ASAP. My problem is always being solved on time and properly.

Service in location is good. After sales is horrible. Delivery scheduled 7am-9pm, nothing... delivery actually occurred somewhere between 11pm-5am next day. No call 1hr before. Stuff left outside when was supposed to be delivered inside garage. Then no news for installation which was supposed to happen week of June 24. Then receive survey email to know how installation went... what installation! July 2nd call to schedule installation on July 8. They will pass 2 days before to bring soil/sand.. see picture to show how they dumped it. Smack in the middle of the parking... we have 2 vehicles to park!!! + we are hosting on July 7. Inconsiderate staff!

nice and welcoming assistant. we bought a table and chairs, and we found a good quality for the products. free delivery within one week or so is also appreciated. quality of products is good or very good. prices above average, but good during promotions

I would strongly advise against hiring this company for your pool construction needs. Don't waste your money. I had them build my pool in 2021, but unfortunately, the sand is leaking from the pipes since the beginning. Despite multiple visits to see the manager, Guy Auger, he has refused to inspect the issue and even claimed that it is not their responsibility. One of the other managers even suggested that we should look for a solution online before bothering them again. It is worth noting that we are still within the warranty period, but we have received no assistance from this company. At this point, we are considering taking legal action against them. Overall, I would strongly not recommend this company due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.
