Was replacing my UV light at 930pm on Friday of a long weekend (big mistake) and cracked the quartz sleeve (bigger mistake) of my Viqua water system.Facing 3 days without water and the awful realization that no Canadian tire, Rona or Kent had a replacement and no other specialty water store was open until Monday, I found Savage Lake Safewater Service was open Saturday. I called and thank goodness Eric had the part in stock.As I was very very gingerly replacing the sleeve in my system, It didn't seem to fit right. I texted Eric with a picture and a question and he responded WITHIN THE MINUTE notifying me that in my extra caution I probably hadn't set the sleeve straight with the lower nut. Unbelievable Service. Now my go to for all my safewater needs and should be yours too.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Eric kept constant communication, stuck to the plan (estimate), and stayed true to his word, while being prompt, kind and professional. The softener, UV light and reverse osmosis systems look great and we couldn't be happier. They get ALL the stars!
