I cannot say enough positive things about Byron Roofing. Right from our first interaction with this company, I was truly impressed. The gentleman who came to inspect our old roof was kind and honest. Within days, the owner, Todd, emailed me a very reasonable quote. In fact, it was our lowest estimate. Byron Roofing was ready to start within the timeframe provided. There was no rescheduling at their end, in fact, they adjusted their schedule to suit our needs. The roofers themselves were professional and did awesome work. We are so happy with our new roof! I couldn’t be more pleased with Byron Roofing. It is a pleasure to deal with an honest, reliable company who know how to communicate and who provide a great product at a reasonable, fair cost. I highly recommend!!

Byron Roofing was recommended by someone in the neighbourhood and they did not disappoint! Todd was very easy to work with. We had prompt initial quote and they showed up to do the roof when they said they would. Cleaned up after and went the extra mile to install some roof fans that we needed for our 2 bathroom. 5 stars for sure!

After 30 years of home ownership we finally needed a new roof. The decision to use Byron Roofing was a no-brainer when we learned that they had been in the business for over 48 years, were BBB accredited and guaranteed their workmanship for 10 years - twice the business norm. We requested an estimate and received a phone call from Todd, the owner. He was very easy to talk to and his knowledge of the roofing business became apparent. As for the installation itself, the workmen were quick, courteous and professional. They took pride in what they were doing as was evidenced by their attention to detail as well as by the immaculate look of our property before they loaded up the trucks to leave. The new roof looks great and the next-door neighbour has requested an estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend Byron Roofing.

Byron Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. They repaired damages, shingled the roof including vent work. We dealt with Todd and he was super to work with. The crew was very professional..on time and took pride in their work. The clean up was so good you would never know then had been here. They were very mindful of all the debris and made sure to leave the yard the way they found it. I would highly recommend Byron Roofing and would not hesitate to use them again.

Byron Roofing replaced our roof and replaced a skylight. They did it in a very professional manner taking into consideration the needs of our neighbours and took care not to damage our gardens. The clean-up was extremely done well. The communication with Todd was easy and always responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend Byron Roofing for your future job.

It has been a wonderful experience working with Todd and the team at Byron Roofing. We learned shortly after taking possession of our house that the roof had many small leaks in it. I greatly appreciate that they recommended trying less expensive repairs first. We ended up having to re-shingle the roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The work was able to start earlier than anticipated. The crew was efficient and courteous. I highly recommend working with this business.

****Edited my review from 1 star to a 5 star. Byron roofing came through and fixed the initial issue for free plus gave us compensation for our damaged drywall. Their guys were professional and understanding. We will gladly use them again for any roof issues!! I'd confidently refer them to anyone based on their warranty and professionalism.Byron roofing put a new roof on our home prior to us moving in as a condition of the sale. Apparantly they were one roof vent short on their truck and covered the hole with ice shield and shingles only. We were never informed they were one vent short. After 6 years of not knowing this, the space finally collapsed under the weight of a heavy snow fall (blizzard December of 2022) and our interior ceiling drywall was destroyed. No compensation for their mistake which they acknowledged was indeed their mistake via many emails. We now have to hire someone to repair our drywall at our cost.**edit after byron roofing reply**Compensation of $200 was offered via email yet we've never received the cheque as promised. 5 weeks and nothing.

I found Byron Roofing in a google search but they were also recommended to me by a friend. Within a day of sending an email I had a response and the next day Todd came out to assess our roof and give us a price. I was especially impressed with the honesty provided. I thought we would need our whole roof re-shingled but we were told that only the ridge caps needed replacing. The work was done within a week (other companies had quoted us 2 months to begin). The crew that came were pleasant, efficient and did a great job of cleaning up! The job was completed the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Byron Roofing.

We had a minor issue with old caulking causing a window leak, they arrived same day I called and fixed the issue. The technician went above and beyond to identify another area we weren't aware of and it repaired it.It help me realize that a roof is not a commodity and can't be slapped together with just shingles and someone who's not afraid of a ladder. Expertise counts and sometimes that means you're paying more than the lowest bidder.
