Amazing customer service! Went in to buy a dress for an engagement party on June 10th. I was served by Vee. She was super sweet And helped me find a really pretty dress and necklace and shape wear to accompany it. Gave me a lot of suggestions, was super friendly and was super patient with everyone. The manager was also very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

Very disappointed with the sales person I have had the last few times I have shopped there, unfortunately the same person each timeQuite curt, unhelpful and rushing me out the door. She did not explain that the sales item could not be returned when I purchased it. This info can be found on the back on the sales slip who knew? it would be a good practice to mention at the time of sale.I have shopped there for many years but won’t be shopping there in future.Many other stores recognize good client relations by offering exchange or refund even on sale items eg Cleo etc

I recently purchased the red Karl Langerfeld wool blend coat from Diana who went beyond serving me. It definately made me want to return to this location for future purchases. Her helpfulness, honestly and professionalism made my shopping experience a JOY.

The staff at the Carling location are really friendly and helpful. They have a large selection and carry some larger sizes. Also they can help order online if the size needed is not in stock and get it delivered to your home or the store. Online shopping is okay for some things but for clothing it is nicer to go in store and try on. Extra bonus is it is also nice to visit the small easily accessible mall. I personally don't like visiting the huge malls (especially during Covid19 pandemic) so this location is perfect.

I have been shopping at Melanie Lyne at Carlingwood Mall for the past couple of years and was always impressed by their staff, especially Diana and Robert. Very professional and with great customer skills. Diana has amazing sense of style and she helped me to choose a few outfits in the past. Always friendly and with a smile! Highly recommend!

Looking to buy a winter coat, store staff were extremely knowledgeable about the warmth of the coats. Comparison shopping, one Melanie Lyne sales associate accompanied me to the other store to try on both coats back to back to decide on which cost to buy. Fantastic service!

A few weeks ago I shopped at this ML location at Carlingwood mall. Firstly, I hate shopping in person, I'm an online shopper but I decided to go in person as I recently lost weight and wasn't sure what size I was. I was helped/styled by Debbie and what a fantastic experience this was for me. She is what customer service should represent. If anyone has the opportunity to shop and Melanie Lyne, ask for Debbie !
