Coach Nic is amazing, acknowledge , carring and passionate of what she does!I've been workout with her since 2018 in person and continues on the app so I can workout from home . I have 2 issues on my body as sciatic pain and rotate cuff injured both issues was constantly pain !! Coach nic has helping me a lot to build the muscles strong and I have more freedom to do my regular activities . I have put my trust on Coach Nic 100% thanks again.

I have been training with Nic twice a week for the past few months. My training sessions are semi-private with another woman who is the same age/same level of fitness which works out really well. The three of us have lots of fun and lots of laughs during the sessions.Nic is such an amazing trainer. She is so knowledgeable about the body and how it works and has been able to help me strengthen and improve some joints that I injured in the past.Accountability has always been a problem for me in my fitness goals so I am so happy that I found Nic who makes me accountable, encourages me to achieve higher goals and makes it fun at the same time.I would highly recommend Nic to anyone who wants to be a stronger and better version of themselves because she can certainly help them achieve that!

When I first started with Nic 2 years ago I really didn't know what to expect, I was nervous of course and embarrassed because I really had NO idea what to do when it came to working out. Well that first meeting with her she made me feel relaxed and reminded me we all need to start somewhere and today is my day 1. She promised me she is here to help and give me the tools and knowledge where I want to be.I started really making progress with weight loss and my confidence even to a point where I could walk into any gym and know what I was doing without feeling embarrassed or intimidated by others there. Nic worked with me to better understand my food and what healthier choices look like. Nic put me on her app which helped my gain some independance and learn self accountability. This allowed her to still track my progress and load specific workouts to the app that I would need to complete. The app also synced my fitness watch, and my fitness pal account so she can see my full progress.Fast forward to the begging of covid hitting and I couldn't go to the gym, I stopped my workouts with Nic, I started working from home. Motivation out the window, food logging and control gone. So all that time spent I put back the weight plus some more and sunk into depression.Nic being the amazing person she is, reached out to me and asked how I was doing. You could imagine my response... So Nic made me a offer I couldn't refuse which was to work with her again on her new business development for the app. She didn't judge me on gaining the weight back or falling into a depression. I honestly can't thank her enough for pulling me back up and on track with my health. With her dedication on these now virtual training groups I feel connected still to her even with being far away, she is smart in partnering you in virtual groups that are at your speed to help motivate you. The training is all based on body weights and things you can do 100 % at home. Yes I miss lifting weights in the gym but I can promise you after the workouts she designs you will be sweating and feeling accomplished.So if you are looking for someone to meet you with the amount of dedication you have to achieve your fitness goals Nic is the trainer for you! She will work with you if you have medical or mobility restrictions, specialized diet or questions on food.Nic has the biggest personality that after your session with her you will leave feeling happy, accomplished and ready to start or continue your day.Thanks Nic for everything you do for all of us on the 212 roster. ❤️
