ICBC tried to write off my 2001 civic with minimal damage but the staff at west coast auto body advocated for me and went above and beyond when fixing my car! Polished the hood and blended it to the back end. My car looks better than when I first bought it!

My project car was involved in an icbc claim an icbc was trying to write my car offThe business owner helped me out to deal with icbc and get them to re-evaluate the value of my car.After approved, westcoast collision did replacements of panels, body repair, and painted nearly the whole car to make sure everything blends properlyI am thoroughly amazed with the work these guys performed. As a mechanic, i myself see a lot of shoddy body work. But the finish is impeccable! No orange peel, no blemishes, nothing uneven.Even living in Coquitlam, these guys are worth the drive. I will never take my car anywhere else for body work or paint.

Heard of West Coast Repair & Collision through a friend and decided to bring my vehicle here for an insurance collision related repair through ICBC. The front bumper needed to be replaced, along with the grille, the A/C and the front left headlight. The paint on the hood also needed to be repaired. They generously provided me with a courtesy car and informed me it should only be a week or so for my vehicle to be repaired. When my vehicle was ready exactly a week after I brought it in, I couldn’t believe it. My car had looked better than I had ever seen it look. They did a complete, flawless paint job on my front bumper, hood, and front lip, going the extra mile to make sure everything being replaced was brand new and everything else was in good condition, preformed an interior detail, and checked and replaced anything that needed attention, no matter how big or small - even though some of it wasn’t even required. They did a beautiful job, and I cannot thank them enough for their dedication towards my vehicle and for doing more than what was expected. I am beyond impressed, and I will be sure to come back and recommend this business to others!I have attached before and after photos of my Hyundai Veloster, as the results are incredible.

When I got into an accident with my Blazer, I was instructed to search for an ICBC repair shop, so I called West Coast Repair and Collision, in Maple Ridge, B.C. When Maharaj answered the phone, his voice and manners put me at ease that I had found the right place. Upon visiting the shop, he greeted me like family. I was even more impressed with the cleanliness of the entry way, and all Maharaj's detailed model cars, displayed throughout his seating area. I knew I was at a place of expertise and someone who had a passion for vehicles. A week later, I was so happy to see that my car was not only fixed, but it looked 10 times better, like a brand new whole side of my vehicle. You would have never known it had been in an accident. I was so impressed! The guys had gone overboard and even fixed a dent and some scratches, that were not part of the accident, but were further up from the crushed doors, on the same side, above my right tire. They were very courteous, did the job in the time they promised and with excellent quality. Our sienna was returned to us like new.

I came to west coast collision due to damage on my my back bumper & trunk + spoiler. Raj was excellent in helping me. Although they were very busy, he was able to get my car in within a week of our first encounter and had the job done perfectly and correctly within 2.5 days. Raj communicated effectively with me and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I feel very satisfied with not only the customer service I received but also the beautiful repair on my car! These guys do some really nice work. Process was painless, gave me a courtesy vehicle while mine was in the shop.Car came out looking better than new.The owner is a car guy and you can really see that he takes great pride in his work.5 stars all day.!

He is so friendly, so kind, and so amazing at what he does - while also working with you to manage a very reasonable price. After my accident they were so helpful and informative about what needed to be fixed and they went out of their way to get me the best parts directly from the factory. After I picked my car up it looked brand new again! They even washed it and vacuumed the interior. I would definitely go here again and recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicle. Both front and rear bumpers needed to be completely replaced
