Greta service and great prices! We broke down in the cochahala highway and got our vehicle towed to his place because we had a hose blow off of our rad, and they took us in immediately and have ready to get back on the road within an hour, to even give us a discount and great price, Services amazing thank you for making our trip a little bit easier

Nicola Valley Radiator is great. Brought my 33ft Class A in for loud squeaking when the engine A/C was turned on. The guy (wish I could remember his name) quickly diagnosed the issue, a loose belt, and tightened it then sent me in my way. I asked what I owed him and he said, nothing. It only took 5 mins. I tried offering again and he said no problem. Will definitely go back for other A/C and radiator issues in the future. Thanks NVR."

Well! Went here when I was stuck in Merritt. Had antifreeze leak. Got me in next day that was great.Ask him to pressure test for a leak. 20 min back to camp Monck call said all fixed bad Rad cap took for test drive still leaking. Went back said I had a blowen head gasket. Got home and check it out my self with gear gasket test kit NOT that was only leaking after driving did rad flush and seen where it was leaking. If he would have done his job he would have seen it too. Leak was from rad fill hose see picture. IF YOUR TO BUSY TO DO A JOB RIGHT DONT DO IT.Glad I didn't do ant damage to my truck.

Nicola Valley Radiator
Our car broke down in Merrit Bc on our way to Kelowna and i called a few local shops and nobody would help . Then we contacted Nicola Valley Radiators and they told me to bring it in right away . They are the Nicest Mechanics i have met they took the time to take care of my car and even drove us to our hotel right away. If i could give these guys 10 stars i would its hard finding honest mechanic shops now days . If you ever need any type of work done call these guys you wont find a better shop .

Nicola Valley Radiators are the most geniune company we have ever dealt with. Not only did they come to our rescue but they made us feel safe and eased our worries when our radiator blew on the highway. They treated us like family and went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Plus they are very fair with their shop rates considering everyone else is gouging. Hats off to you guys!

Nicola Valley Radiator
We were headed to Kelowna and had to make a pit stop here as our car was acting up. Our car ended up only needing a top up on coolant and they helped us out, no problem. Great group of guys there and would highly recommend!

Although my car wasn't worth fixing, I can tell you for sure that this shop has incredibly kind and professional people working here! Mechanic Mike went so above and beyond to help out me and my husband when our car broke down -- without his help we never would have got where we were going! I cannot recommend this place enough
