Best taxi service in town and professional drivers every time I took this service its on time and most of the drivers are very polite and careing I personally never had any bad experience with this taxi service

Best service. I waited for an hour for taxi who never did shoe up. Called Comfort cabs and they came in the time they said they would. Pleasant driver and asked me which direction I wanted to go home!

I made a call @ 11:20am asking to be picked up from the Jim Pattinson Children’s Hospital. They send a text message with the option to track you driver. Time goes from 3 mins to 8 mins away. Looks like he got turned around or something. He’s kind of all over the route area. 12pm comes around no cab. I call and they said yep yep 8 min. Then all of a sudden I look and the cab says it has arrived and it’s no where near me. 1-2 min later it’s saying it can’t find me and left. **Riide Taxi** was waiting out there so I took them. Taxi wasn’t the cleanest but the driver was very nice. Put my bags away for me and small chit chat. Got to my destination in a good time even with busy Lunch traffic.

We had booked and paid online for an airport transfer on the morning of April 27. The driver also collected payment from the passenger at the time of the ride. I have tried contacting the company more than 10 times by both phone and email, and no one is able to resolve this issue. Several voicemails have been left, several emails have been sent. It has been two weeks, and they have not refunded money yet. Crooked company. Do not use!

Cell phone accidentally fell out of pocket and he went on his way. Moments later text and asked and they had it. They said 20 bucks to bring it back. I said ok where is your office and I'll pick it up when your open. Then they said ok fine we will bring it to you. When they came they tried to get us to pay 10 bucks. Principal not going to happen. Don't hold my property hostage. Gonna go back to uber and never look back

Quick and easy transfers. Excellent communication to confirm bookings and inform of pick up points etc. Arrived early for our return journey. Polite drivers. Would definitely use again and highly recommended!!

I felt extremely protected because the man that arrived early was kind and a young woman. 10/10 Comfort Cabs also went out of their way to make sure the trip was inexpensive by providing me with a price estimate, which is SO helpful! I can appreciate the friendliness shown because I'm a new resident of the city. I really appreciate the music selection because it helped me relax before my interview because I have sensory issues.
