If you need fast, efficient, and friendly service, you should go here. I had an issue with the engine and the manager reassured me right away. They were prompt with ordering the part and the customer service was unreal. I would recommend 1000%. Thanks Kal Tire!!

Friendly people and good shop unfortunately they cannot fix my TPMS on my vehicle and referred me back to the dealership. The other branch on highway 10 did the TPMS resetting last season but on this location they informed me that they can't bummer because I had to travel a good 10 kms just to get to this location.

I spent almost 2,000 on 4 tires. When I needed a tire repair, they said it was free. But no appointments are accepted and FCFS is required. I tried three times on 3 diff days (11am, 1pm, 2pm) to visit their store but was told that they could not complete my repair that day and sent me home. Then stated I would need to take my car there at 8am and leave it there for the entire day. Yes, I just needed a tire fixed and if you are spending money, such as on new tires and brakes, they are happy to set up a service time (appointment) for you and get it done as soon as possible. Won't be going over there again.

Very disappointed. I phoned this location if they do a out of province inspection for rebuilt vehicle which they responded yes for as long as I have the document that the vehicle has been fixed or passed the needed fixes. I went there and that they did the inspection which lasted about an hour and said everything is okay and passed. After which I was told that government system is down and that they cannot do the paper work and I was asked to come back some other day for the paper work. I returned on a Saturday and I was told again that weekends does not count for paper work. I went back again on a Monday. Waited 45minutes only for them to say again that the system is down again and then was told they cannot do it and try other shops and that even if I go to other Kal tire shops they will not do it. WASTED MY TIME! those guys on reception are very unprofessional, I was denied of service and that they cannot say upfront that they do not do safety inspections on rebuilt cars! Do not go wasting your time on this shop! These guys do not value peoples time!

First time visit. Asked for Oil and Filter change and tire rotation as well as maintenance checks (Honda B1 Maintenance Code light). Received call that tires were in need of replacement too as tread was at approx 3/32 treaddepth and was showing signs of uneven wear. Was given options for like-kind all-weather replacements and I opted for another Michelin set (Cross climate 2) for reasonable prices for the tiresize. They mounted the tires, and on pick up, they went over their inspection items and also showed me the old tires [pic of old tire attached]Will be back, excellent service as it was also a snow day and they were understaffed on opening as staff had to make their way in. Even then, my car was looked at fairly promptly.

Had a really great experience here installing my winter tires. The staff were nice and friendly, and the service was super quick. I really appreciated the fact that their waiting area had super comfortable chairs, Starbucks tea and coffee, a popcorn machine, and a TV available.

The Friendly service and knowledgeable crew keep me coming back.

Really happy with these guys. Service was fast and friendly. My tire was fixed up in less than 30 minutes, bagged and ready to go at a fair price. Strongly recommend this location thank you.

Wish I could give 0 stars - took them 4 hours to tell me they can’t fix my tire. The staff who helped me was pretty rude and unprofessional, made it pretty clear his cell phone was more important than answering my question. Took my car to another repair shop and they fixed it in 30 minutes - and they were much more professional and friendly. My partner has also had multiple bad experiences with this Kal-Tire location so would strongly recommend against.

Never again. Had my car returned to me in worse condition than when I left it, and that was just for the inspection/assessment of the issue I was having. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting to hear about the part that’s on order that was expected in “a couple of days”. And yes, I called in that time.I went to a recommended competitor, had assessed immediately and fixed within two days. Also for less $! They also alerted me to the issues left behind by Kal tire, (which I noticed myself after round one with Kal) which is now going to cost me an additional $800 to fix. Oh, and the bolt mysteriously missing from my break line. Interestingly, Kal tire kept saying how many problems arise with my make of car. Really? I’ve never had a problem until now and I’ve had it since 2015. I’d go back and complain, but I can’t prove it so I’ll save myself the aggravation of an argument and submit a review instead.Aaaand likely a post on fb.
