I ordered online for a pizza, and when i got to the restaurant they did not even know i ordered. They did not have an order for my name, so i showed the email with my order number and told them they took the money out of my bank for this order!!!!The lady went to check orders with my order number and when she came back i asked for a refund and she ignored me and went to the back. Once she came back out i asked AGAIN about a refund because they did not have my order and she said they already started making my order and she started dealing with other customers.I asked about the refund again and she said she cant help me and to call skipthedishes.The lady who i delt with did not even have the respect to bring me out the food herself and had someone else do it!I find it disrespectful that she ignored me and went to other customers!!! The fact i ordered online for a set pickup time and my food was not ready and i had to wait an extra 30 min for it!!! Will not be going back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! ( the location was the grecos on mountain road, NB)On top of everything they didn't even give me the correct order. They wrote Hawaiian? oops" on the box and half of the pizza did not have pineapple. I ordered a creamy garlic dip and never got it!!!This was a waste of my time and a waste of my money."

I do not know if the other pizza restaurants are better in New Brunswick. I’m a tourist from Ontario and had eaten in many local pizza chains. I found the pizzas served by this Greco to be of much better quality than a lot of the common chains we have in Ontario. Store keepers are also very polite.

Everytime i pick up my order, they are very friendly and my order is never messed up. Also I order gluten free on occasion because I have some family member that get very sick when eating gluten...they NEVER got sick after eating at this greco place. This pizza taste very good. When I order greco, I make sure to get it from this place.

Ordered 1small and 1medium donair a medium garlic finger with extra dipping sauce for delivery. When my order arrived I got 1 small donair and a garlic finger with no dipping sauce. Called and was told they would send other donair and a dipping sauce. Opened what we did get and the donair looked like someone stepped on it and the garlic finger was cold. Called back and was never so disrespected by customer service in my life. They said that I should have told them that at the first call and they will send the one donair and sauce but it will be the last time as they don’t just give out free food. Well first of all “I paid for the food and didn’t receive what I ordered” and was told that it should have been said the first call the condition of the food. I will never again spend money at this place They are so disrespectful and don’t care about their customers. I told them that I will never to go back there

My 1st time at this Greco and last-ordered 2 party pizzas and believe or not both were burnt. Had I not lived so far I would’ve driven back and made them make them redo me 2 presentable party pizza! How can a cook serve burnt pizzzas for a coat of $58.00? Money doesn’t grow on trees! Grrrr
