Always helpful staff who make excellent suggestions for cards and gift ideas. You don't get that at most stores, especially the big ones. The store always feels pleasant so I miss going in there during the lockdowns. But even when I call during the lockdown to ask about different items they are so nice and easy to talk to. I will probably order some things for Valentine's Day and pick them up because I'll still get nicer service and gifts than I will find anywhere else in Milton. I wish all stores made me feel so welcome!

I love giving a little thank you, appreciation, grieving with you, congratulations, something to encourage a friend.The problem with me is I am as dense as a cement block. The ladies on staff are so cool helping me find just the right sentiment for the occasion.Thanks to you all on staff.

Went there thinking it was open google said open until 6 pm on Sunday. Said closes at 5pm on door just missed it. Please change hours on google as my daughter was looking for an extra Father’s Day gift she had seen on Thursday. One unhappy mom and child.

Pleasant customer service. Clean and tidy store. Wide selection of christmas ornaments and other holiday items. Some ornaments from previous year are available i.e. baby's first Christmas. The store is not very busy during weekdays and they have covid protocols in place

Terrible Customer Service!. I visited the store on Sunday July 31 and was not greeted upon entering the store. The 2 associates carried on their conversation behind the register and didn't even acknowledge that I had walked in. When I was ready to Pay I had to ask if I could pay as the 2 associates were away from the registers huddled and talking.

Super Unprofessional!! will not recommend this place to anyone! I had called them about a product I needed... to make sure they had it in stock. The lady on the phone mentioned that she had one and would put it aside for me (I thought perfect , that's amazing) So i asked what time they closed, because now with Covid everyone's hours are different. She mentioned that they close at 7 I thought to myself perfect i'm done work at 5 it will take me an hour and a half to get there, just to find out when I got there they had closed at 5!!!! I was super upset and I Have yet still to receive a response email apologizing. Least they can do is apologize for my drive there and wrong information!

Lovely ladies that work there. I was looking for specific items and walked around the store on the phone with me to check if they had the items. Overall a very quick process considering. Definitely will be back.

I love Hallmark. It's selection of cards is vast and I can always find the perfect card. Gifts, wrapping paper, collections are wonderful as well. Super friendly staff.
