Weed Man Lawn Care

Today we had our 4th visit from 'The Weed Man' and we were very happy just like the rest of the visits. Each time they come, we have a great talk and exchange questions and answers. We follow everything that the recommend and it is working amazing.Our lawn is now moving up the leaderboard in a community that has very very nice lawns. I would assume by October, we'll be one of the nicest, fullest looking lawns as well.They are super friendly and helpful. Today, Jeff was the technician and he definitely went over and beyond what I would have assumed for today.They always say call if you have any questions" and I can confirm that is 100% true. Weedman charged my account without authorization. This office specifically. Now they've sent my account to collections. What they will do is offer you free or discounted services to get you on board. Then they will call you 7x a day during the summer season to try to sell you on products you do not want or need. I am currently trying to call them back to settle this issue. First, the office lied about not having my account and now will not take my call. Beware doing any business with this account. I would be MORE than happy to speak to anyone about my dealings with them. Write back to this post!Just got them on the phone - the office did not take into account my referral discount! They sent my account to collections because of an administrative error! Love it!

I have been a customer for over 5 years and find the company very professional and value for money. They fulfill the contract and will respray without question if required. My lawn always looks professionally maintained.

Dylan was the Weed Man technician who gave me quotes for various Weed Man packages of which I selected one; There was no pressure to purchase any one of them. I ended up purchasing the Essential Lawn package and Dylan was the one who came by and administered the 1st application of the package.Dylan was on-time, efficient, cordial, knowledgeable, completed the work as expected and in a timely matter and answered all my questions, and was very willing to please.

Weed man St Catharine’s is a great service company. They have helped my lawn recover from a forest of weeds to a beautiful green pasture. Sarah is very helpful anytime I need assistance whenever I call. Pricing is competitive and the work is efficient. This is my second year and I see a long relationship going forward. I've been with St. Catharines Weed Man since I bought my new home 7 years ago, and the builder put sod down on clay, so lots of weeds. Just wanted to let you know that this year I’ve been impressed with the customer service by your technicians. They are more personal in letting me know their name and what they will be doing. I like to highlight Ophelia, who came yesterday. She was extremely pleasant and when I asked her to do some weed control in areas that normally don’t get treatment, she had no problems doing that for me.

After moving into our new house, we noticed the lawn was terribly patchy, shallow rooted and brown. We hired Weed Man to deal with our grubs, aerate, seed and control our weeds and within 1 year the turnaround was remarkable! Our lawn is thicker, softer, greener and more luscious on our feet, and the grub patches have disappeared. Services were delivered on time and in a professional manner, we couldn't be happier with how much healthier our lawn is. Recommend!
