Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
We stayed at Pemberley House last night and would highly recommend it to anyone. So many good things to say about the location, decor, cleanliness and food . The hosts, John and Nancy, are warm and welcoming who take pride in opening their home to their guests .Close to interesting things to see and do, our hosts were full of information to share .If you are looking for a quiet get away or have a small group it is definitely a destination worth the drive.Sheila and Gary

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
Stayed here for one night while attending a friends’ wedding. Beautiful decor and comfortable accommodations. John and Nancy were friendly and gracious, and their small dog was lovely. Breakfast was large and delicious - not a thing was missing. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Seaforth!

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
Nancy and John were such caring and friendly hosts. The whole house was very clean and well decorated, and the breakfast was amazing.We went to Bayfield on our second day here per Nancy’s recommendations and had a great time.This is a very nice area to visit for a weekend trip.I would definitely recommend this awesome b&b.

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
This is an amazing place to stay with warm and welcoming hosts - John and Nancy.We were stuck in a snow storm and John and Nancy welcomed us with warm coffee and cookies.This place will become your next benchmark for breakfast at a B&B. Checo out the photos of amazing breakfast served with so much love.Definitely recommend staying here.

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
This was one of the most enjoyable, quaintest experiences I’ve ever had! Accommodations are very clean, amazing china servings for the elaborate and tasty breakfast and delightful hosts. This would be a perfect 2-3 day getaway. Stay at the Pemberley and enjoy the stay and golf package. For those not interested in golf, enjoy the cute town of Bayfield only 20 minutes away, Cowbell Brewery or Blyth theatre only 20 minutes away. There are also wineries within 30 minutes if that is more of your taste palette. You are also only 30 minutes away from Stratford’s theaters. Think about doing a beach experience trying out 3 of the different beaches in Goderich, Bayfield, and Grand Bend with the Pemberley as your home base. Casino only 20 minutes away. Hiking, fishing and endurance experiences within 30 minutes from the Pemberley.It is my first time here and I can hardly wait to return with groups of friends. Book early, this is a real gem!!

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
This was our second stay at Pemberley House and it was even better than the first time!John and Nancy go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home.Their breakfasts are spectacular - make sure you bring your appetite! They serve a wonderful scrambled egg dish with local cheese that is delicious. John makes an awesome hash brown accompanied by local bacon AND you get several kinds of fruit and veggies as well!If that wasn't enough, they also give you about 20 local jams and marmalades to choose from - it's difficult to choose which ones as they all sound (and are) good!Pemberley House is a beautiful century home decorated with many wonderful antiques that Nancy has collected over the years. The rooms are well appointed with lots of amenities.You'll be sure to enjoy your stay at Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast!

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
Nancy and John were wonderful hosts, and their home, an idyllic setting from which to take in the region. Three nights (and three of John's exquisite breakfasts!) were too few - but we did manage to hit the nearby beaches at Grand Bend, Goderich and even Kincardine, stopping off in beautiful Stratford on our way home. Nancy and John were full of suggestions on things to see and places to sample local products. Wouldn't hesitate staying at Pemberley House again.

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
I would highly recommend a 3-day stay in all seasons at the Pemberley as it is a very relaxing setting. It acts as a good home base from which you can do little outings in Seaforth's downtown and walkways, and to Bayfield, Goderich, Stratford, Blyth and other towns and charming locations, all within a half hour drive. The hosts Nancy and John are gracious, very knowledgeable and make you feel at home. The Versailles room was really well appointed and comfortable. This was an amazing base for a three-day visit in the region.

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
Nancy and John were exquisite hosts. They thought of everything when it came to accommodation from food, local restaurants, tourist information, right down to the thread count in the sheets and the bathroom caddy. Seaforth is close enough that you can explore all over Huron. I definitely would recommend the Pemberley house.

Pemberley House Bed and Breakfast
We were traveling home during the storm on Christmas 2022.John and Nancy luckily were able to accommodate us.We stayed here on Christmas Eve with our Daughter.We felt at home, our room was extremely clean and comfortable.We would highly recommend staying here when you are in Seaforth.John made an amazing Christmas Breakfast.Thank you both for a great stay.
