These people should not be allowed to run a business! They are rude. They judge you and they are extremely racist. I’m never ever going here. Try purchasing a dress with them then you will know

I can’t rave more about how amazing Shahani Couture is! I’ve bought my daughters wedding dress from them, custom made a baptism dress and anytime I need an outfit, I go there. The team is so kind, helpful, tailors my dresses as I need and always leaves me feeling great. Best best dress store and experience ever!!

I have never cared enough to write a review before but this was the worst service experience I’ve ever seen. We were in there for over 15 minutes before I had to ask someone to get a dressing room. The lady with the short grey hair and white jeans today that mentioned her daughter was graduation in the UK was absolutely disgusting and inappropriate towards my sister basically saying that she looks fat and need spanks for the most hideous dress that was picked out by this lady. How could someone who works for a dress shop be tearing down someone’s confidence like that. Truly no class and will not be returning! Hope that lady gets fired cause she is clearly not fit to work in this store or anywhere with customer service.

My daughter bought her prom dress here & it's beautiful. Book an appointment to get the best experience. There were many dresses within our budget too. Great service & great price.

If I could give her 00000 star I would. Please don’t take your business here. It was my first time coming here as soon as I walk in there was a lady short grey hair. She rudely said “if you don’t have an appointment get out” really is this how you welcome your clients! The moment she said that. I was like even if she gives me a dress for 2$ I will not do business with her. I’m never going to this place again

From making the appointment to picking up the dress after alterations, we had an amazing experience. The owner worked with us to help select my daughter's prom dress (second time shopping there - the first time was for a prom dress for my older daughter in January 2020 which is still hanging in my closet due to COVID). There was a great variety and she listened to my daughter for style, colour and fit. We both LOVE the dress!When ordered, we believed the prom to be in the beginning of June as it has been in the past at her High School. A week after we purchased and ordered the dress in the colour and size chosen, we found out the prom was scheduled for the beginning of MAY. Shocked, I called immediately to see if we could put a rush order on it, and how much it would cost. The owner was able to get the dress in much earlier and didn't charge me anything for the rush order, which I really appreciated. They worked with us into the schedule for alterations, and the tailor was amazing as well. The dress fits her perfectly and only 3 days to go until Prom. I will be definitely be back to shop for myself for upcoming events.

We had the best experience at Shahani. Not only they are very good and professional in what they do, the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. We got my mom’s dress as a mother of bride last year and we asked them to add a few touches to the dress and they did absolute magic. My mom looked more like the bride than myself.I highly recommend them.
