I recently had my first ever facial experience at this establishment, and I must say, it was absolutely amazing! My therapist, Casey, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process to me, which really helped me feel at ease. She even went over my skin care plan with me at the end of the session, which was a huge help in terms of understanding what my skin needed and how I could improve my overall skin health. After the facial, my skin felt incredibly smooth and rejuvenated, and I could immediately see a difference in its overall appearance. I would highly recommend booking a facial with Casey, and I plan on returning to this establishment in the near future for additional treatments. Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience!

I had such a wonderful experience with Renee at Remedy Spa. She and her staff made me feel so welcome and we’re so sweet. During the service she explained products she’d use and what she was doing which was great to hear. Such a relaxing experience overall. To tie it all in after your service you get to choose a drink and a snack to enjoy in the super comfy lounge area. Renee was also able to recommend some wonderful at home skincare products for me! Definitely recommend this spa! :)

Casey was lovely. I had vertigo and she accommodated me to prevent my symptoms. My face was glowing afterwards. I would highly recommend Remedy & Casey for all your facial needs!

It was my first time at Remedy and I was blown away! The staff were all super nice and attentive. The little macaroon and latte (complimentary) after my facial was a nice surprise. I had the Hydrafacial with Casey and I never felt so relaxed and my skin immediately looked 100 times better and glowy! I will definitely go back!

I had a fabulous facial here recently and came out glowing. The treatment room and lounge were beautiful, restful and comfortable, catering for my every need. The attention to detail during the facial was second to none and the various treatments felt and smelt lovely. I really enjoyed my drink and sweet treat in the lounge to complete the whole experience. I would highly recommend a visit.

WOW! What a lovely and relaxing experience. Emma's skills in facials and shoulder massage put me to sleep on the table. Very grateful for a calming experience and fresh skin :)The tea and cookie in the lounge after made me so happy and helped ease me back in to the bustle of Banff. 100% recommend to any visitors :)

First visit to Remedy and will definitely return. We were welcomed by Renee — very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Emma & Carly whom completed our facials were amazing. The lounge afterwards where we ended with champagne was relaxing and the perfect end to our session. You must go—you will not be disappointed. Thank you for achieving what I thought was impossible—I was totally relaxed.

Great customer service seems hard to come by now a days and I can hands down say that all the ladies were brilliant and treated myself, sister and grandma with the utmost care and respect. I got a massage from Beth and she did a great job, she took time after the massage to suggest ways to continue to take care of my muscles. The little rooftop they have is so cute. I would 10/10 recommend this place and will be coming back when in Banff!! Also my sister called Teale at reception like 8 times prior to our appointment and she was always so kind and accommodating.
