This place absolutely deserves every one star given to it. This is my fourth time trying this place in the last few months figuring it just had some start up wrinkles to be ironed out. Every single time it’s been 15 minutes before I can even put an order in, with no one else in the building. Lots of employees walking around looking like they need a task assigned to them but nobody helping the one person taking orders from the front/drive through while also making the food.It’s an absolute shame someone had the resources to build this brand new location but entirely lacks the management skills to run it. As I’m writing this I’m going on minute 15 of waiting and this will be my last time giving them a chance.Read this or any of the other one star reviews and save your time, or drop by and see for yourself first hand just how much of a headache this place is.

Food is adequate....if you don't mind waiting 10min or more for anyone to even come to the front counter, then waiting often around another 10-15min for your food.If you walk in here and see the other people looking passed off and standing around with no one at the counter just turn around and save yourself the frustration.Third time trying out this location and I'm not coming back.

8 minutes. That’s how long it took before I drove away. I pulled up, was not a “welcome to Burger King” greeting, but “just one minute”… she then asked for my order. i just ordered a fountain drink and got “just one minute” again. I stayed at the ordering screen for maybe 20 seconds before driving up to the window. I could see one lady running around and taking the order of the truck behind me… still no acknowledgement for the paying customer at the window. After waiting for 8 minutes with not one interaction with me at the window, the truck behind me backed out of the drive thru and left. I went right behind him. Glad that I didn’t give them a dime. Never again.

Food is decent and fresh, however they never understand what I'm saying and I have to repeat several times. I ask for one whopper and one order of 8 nuggets... they keep trying to charge me for 3 orders of each and several times have to say no, just one order. Not the first time either haha.. also will take over 10 minutes to get a burger in drive thru

Food was OK - took a long time to be ready and it wasn't very busy at all. Staff had absolutely zero personality and seemed generally unhappy to be there.Feels like you're eating inside of a gas station, because well, you are.Overall underwhelming experience and prob won't do again.

Stopped at the Burger King drive thru. Ordered a Whopper meal and it didn’t take long. The fries were cold and had a rancid oily taste. The burger was also cold and the lettuce and tomatoes were soggy and had a rusty tinge. I do not recommend eating here.

Food was good, but everything else was not. 10 minute wait for a whopper, cashier tried to convince a customer he needed to wait 15 minutes for his order instead of just leaving. Dining area was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting and smelly. Cannot stress that enough. They definitely had more people coming in just to use the bathroom than coming in to order food. Garbage cans were overflowing. Table was very wobbly. this location was not nearly busy enough that it should be in such a bad state

Disgusting bathrooms the two ladies working there have absolutely no interest in customer service, we couldn't even order breakfast from Burger King because the lady lied to us said they weren't open till 10:30 in the morning but it clearly says on here open at 10:00 a.m. not much use having breakfast things on your menu if you don't open up until after people don't want breakfast anymore. I highly recommend you skip stopping there and driving other 15 minutes down the road to get much better service and actually be able to get food and for the place to be open when it's supposed to be open.
