We had a great experience purchasing our custom couch! We also bought the recommended Guardsman protection plan because it was recommended by the people who were helping us and we had spent a lot of money already. However, when it came to actually using the protection plan, it is a HUGE PAIN. Guardsman requires you to submit an application online with photos and every piece of the furniture is broken down i.e. left corner pillow front. You need to put in an application for every area your sectional that needs cleaning. And then, their website generates a pdf that YOU have to print and MAIL into their location. Oh and you only have 30 days from the date you put on the application. So if your mail in gets lost or “not received” they will not honor the protection plan. I notified the manger of Cottswood that this is the process and he wasn’t aware and said he would look into it with their guardsman rep… well that was a couple months ago and I haven’t heard from him. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with guardsman and if this is the product Cottswood staff are recommending to their clients… I would also question the quality of their other products.

Of all the furniture I have bought in my life- Cotswood sells the worst quality furniture I have ever experienced. We bought about a quarter of a house of furniture from them and EVERY item degraded quickly and is noticeably of very very poor construction. Fabrics faded in a matter of weeks, the glue on our Eames" chairs seeped through the fabric. Etc etc. Their pricing is outrageously high. I am not exaggerating when I say Ikea is higher quality. In addition the staff could not care less. Avoid at all costs."

With the pandemic and no traveling we decided to redo our Great room as we seemed to spend more time there. We went to see Christopher at Cottswood. He was excellent to work with and was very helpful, especially when we could not make certain decisions. He worked within our budget and understood our tastes. Unfortunately, the recliners we ordered were very delayed, at no fault of Christoper or Cottswood. However, they worked with us and lent us a loveseat in the interim as we had sold our old furniture. We finally received everything and couldn't be happier with the furniture, service and white glove delivery.

I had purchased a beautiful bed frame (Lexington 11 South) back in 2015. Recently the wooden support beam under my head snapped and needed to be replaced. Both Rafael and Brent were exceedingly helpful.I reached out to them with my issue. Both of them came by to assess the situation. Needed to take some measurements as they were going back to Cottswood to build me a new wood support piece.Within a few days Rafael and Brent had the new piece ready to go. They came back to do the install (only took 30 mins) and they even added a cylinder wood shaped support piece for the beam so that it will last even longer this time around.That" is standing behind your product. Great work Cottswood !"

We had a Thomasville chair purchased 9 years ago where the spring clips broke. Apparently the manufacturer had a recall or warranty fix on those parts before they went out of business but we were not aware. Called Cottswood service to see what could be done and they picked up the chair, fixed the defective parts & delivered the chair back all within a couple of days at NO CHARGE!! Absolutely thankful & impressed with the GREAT service. No questions asked. Have shopped here numerous times over the years due to their quality & varied product. Obviously just one more reason why I shall return. Thank you!!

Great experience! Janey was awesome! She definitely knew what she was doing, very thorough and patient. We never felt rushed or pressured. I wouldhighly recommend her.There were so many beautiful things to choose from.

I was quoted $315 to re-stuff a sofa I bought at Cottswood some years ago (which wasn’t used all that much and really didn’t hold up as well as it should have) and when I went to pick up the cushions, the price was $475. I had even been texting with the service manager who explicitly said the price would be the same despite a change in how they were going to stuff the sofa cushions. Shoddy product, shoddy business practice. I will shop elsewhere.

Our decorator recommended Christopher Cooke at Cotswood to help us choose furniture for our new home. We are so grateful that we followed her suggestion! Christopher is enthusiastic, approachable and very knowledgable. He spent 4.5 hours with us on our first visit to determine our style and taste before we chose our furniture - and the experience was so much fun.The quality and choice of furniture pieces at Cottswood is excellent. If you do not see what you want in the store, be sure to ask for options that they provide options for willingly ordering. The staff is friendly and professional including the front desk people and the excellent furniture delivery team.Please forgive the long review, but There are just so many good things to say about Cottswood Interiors and we. We hope your experience with them is as helpful and enjoyable as ours continues to be.
