Don’t honor promotions sent to email. Don’t know how to process gift certificates so have a hundred dollar that can’t use. Staff are not trained well.

Called in advance to check parts availability.. They were very polite and helpful on the phone in advance of my visit. Upon arrival I dealt with another staff member who collected my order promptly and answered everything I asked in detail and were also extremely polite. Excellent customer service and a pleasant experience, we'll worth visiting for vehicle parts of all types.
