My experiences with Mailbox Express located on Wanless drive in Brampton, Ontario has been exceptional. From the first time I entered this business site, owned and operated by Vince, I have received outstanding service. From printing, plaguing very old and treasured pictures of my now deceased parents, to printing personal caps for my family, I have been treated with respect, patience, consideration and professionalism. Vince is exceptionally knowledgeable about a wide variety of services and will now be my number one person responsible for managing and advising me about marketing strategies for my practice as a clinical therapist. The service is always great here. Friendly and efficient. I was in a couple of times today, and I've been in a few times in the last couple of months.

My experience trying to support a local business:Last December, the owner (Vince) is a nice guy, but sold me 100 plain, black & white, double-sided business cards for $26.00 + tax. I'm no genius, but Vistaprint (at the time) was offering $7.00 + tax at the time -- even with shipping it would've been half the amount this guy charged.When I find a place that works I'm a steady and consistent customer, but clearly this is not the place to go if you need simple work done. Mailbox Xpress lost a customer by unnecessarily overcharging -- and also, by the way, not having any prices available to look at. The owner literally made up the price on the spot AFTER the job was done. Find another option if you can.

If I could give this place zero stars I would and it is solely based on the horrendous service I received from the only grotesque employee I met there. The man clearly had no desire to assist me and made sure in everything I asked to make it as difficult as possible to address my needs. It seemed his only desire was to listen to Fox News rather than help me. I do hope that whomever this individual sees this and either addresses the employee or finds new staff more aptly equipped to help customers. Thoroughly disgusted and I highly suggest against anyone giving this place their business when looking for mail or printing services

I came here to order shirts for students at my school and was very impressed with the quality and customer service. Not to mention having the shirts made quickly with great designs. Would highly recommend and go back again.
