Great customer service! My husband & I are building a custom home & in the midst of all the craziness, our selections for stone & brick from September 2021 disappeared. The builder called us needing them asap so within 20 minutes, Patene worked with us virtually to do the selections and have the paperwork done & sent to us & the builder right away. Thank you so much for working with us on that & helping our home be completed easily!

Will and Arnold were tremendous assisting us with our project. Arnold did allot of back round work for us to finalize all of the materials needed. The finish product turned out amazing from our Mason Frank. Thank you Patene. Call out to Dave in the yard as well.

I have the best experience with Patène staff . They were very friendly and helpful. Lauren helped me to choose interior stones I needed and she was extremely patient with me even though it was almost their closing hours. They have so much choices to offer so I couldn’t make a fast decision lol. Even though originally they told me that I have to wait for my order some weeks it ended up to be so fast , they did so good in searching and I got my stones within one week which made me even happier. Definitely it was a greatest shopping experience at Patène and I had an opportunity to communicate with almost everyone who works over there by asking many questions. Clarification and good advices were given to me about installation , etc. , so I am happy that I booked a convenient delivery time and place too. Thank you Patène !

Great staff and all you need for home building and improvement except lumber. Great selection of stone to renovate your entire property.

I wanted to redo the stone on my fireplace but didn’t know where to begin. I went into Patene and they guided me through the process. Staff is incredibly helpful. I was very happy with the selection. I took home stone samples, returned them, brought more samples home until I found the perfect stone for my fireplace. Thanks for your patience and all your guidance through the process.

I was landscaping my back yard and the project just kept growing and growing. I walked into Patene (referred by good friends) and immediately I was no longer overwhelmed. All of the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful. From the office staff (Will and Lauren) to Mike in the yard to the delivery person, my experience with everyone and everything at Patene was extremely positive. Highly recommend this fine company! Well I think I hit the jackpot finding this store!!!!! Been searching for a long time to find a place that will deliver drywall through a window and into the attic. Corrie who 1st answered the phone was so polite efficient and personable. She did an excellent job and went above and beyond to find out much needed information for our project. Then I talked to Will who arranged the special truck to view the house prior to delivery to make certain there wouldn’t be any issues and all this completed in 1/2 hour of my initial phone call. Spoke to the boom truck driver who went above and beyond and over the top kind courteous efficient. I requested a recommendation for installer who was available to speak to me within 5min. I’m so much closer to getting my dream project completed. Amazed at the efficiency of this whole team!!!!!

I went in for some laminating drywall screws, I ask the gentlemen at the desk how his day was and he seemed irrated about the network being down. I had cash for the screws so I asked for some fat boys / laminating screws, and both men didn't know what I was talking about so I smiled and said have a good day. They got very mad at me for that ,called me a dwib, and told me not to come back. I'm a contractor, two of my builders deal with them and I'm the one who calls in the orders. I've been on hold before for 35 mins. There customer service is horrible.Thanks for responding and apologize, I smiled as I left because I thought it was funny that you didn't know what I was talking about. I smiled and walk away sir. You did call me that, it felt like I was in a school yard with the way you where acting about the situation. Anyways I will not be using your services anymore and any Builder who uses your services that I deal with at the moment , I'll be letting them know that I won't be making the counts and calling it in anymore.
