Buying home in Canada was an impulsive decision that we took. We were really lucky to have Ely as our agent. As a newcomer in Canada and also first time home buyers we got all necessary support from her. Me and my husband were first-home buyers and we only moved to Canada a couple of years ago, so we were very confused about the whole process. Ely was super-patient with us and all our questions, and was very friendly and professional.I felt super safe and secure (as much as I could be) about putting an offer for houses, because she knows so much important things about what to look for, what to pay attention to, what are the bad signs and so on. I liked that she's is always honest and will tell right away if the house can be a bad buy.The market is crazy now, and sometimes it felt like we should just buy whatever we can. I really appreciated that she never pressured us into buying something that we didn't like or something that was bad quality, even if there were chances that we will be able to buy it. Instead she was so supportive, and always tried to cheer us up if we started to feel discouraged. And in the end we were able to buy something that we're very happy with!I LOVED working with Ely and I will definitely recommend my friends to work with her too, if they ever decide to buy a property! And if we ever need a realtor again, I know who will I go to :)

Whatever I say will be very small compared to what Ely contribution in getting our first house in canada. Being an year old in the country, it was definitely a tough decision to buy a property however Ely made the process extremely easy for us. She stood by our side when few unexpected things happened on the closing day. Her professionalism, commitment towards client & gesture makes her unique. We had a great experience working with Ely Babb for our first home purchase. As first time home buyers we started our search independently, then opted to work with agents. Bad experiences followed working a few different agents. Everyone we worked with seemed motivated to close the deal on each home we saw. Working with Ely was a completely different experience. She was determined to help us find the home we wanted. We literally saw dozens of homes until we found the one for us, and she made it a very enjoyable experience. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and Ely was excellent and patient throughout the whole process of us buying our very first home. She guided us on what to look out for in buying a house and she gave us a lot of help when we’re struggling to make decisions. Ely was not only professional but she was also very approachable. She would encourage us when we were feeling really down about bids we lost. We talked about what we are looking for in a house and she really went out of her way to find the house that we really liked. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we see every open houses that we want to see even if it means that she had to beg and ask a caretaker to keep a house open way after the open house hours are done during a snow storm! If that’s not dedication then I don’t know what is. She also fought to make sure that we get a better deal in the house we’re buying! Overall, She did an amazing job with us. Ely knows how to do her job well and she can back it up with her experience and stats. She really cares about her clients and their experiences (because buying a house is overall stressful!) and we truly appreciate the time she spent with us with all of our crazy demands!100% would definitely recommend her!!!
