Wouldn't recommend for pre-owned. One damaged part (replacement value = $8 btw) was taped together rather than replaced prior to my taking possession. It didn't survive the 10 minute ride home. After a few washes, all the cheap touch-up paint came off revealing plenty more defects in the body. Sales rep also told me that the slight tick I inquired about was the fuel injection system when I suspected a tiny leak at the manifold. Unfortunately I turned out to be right. Other than that the truck has been excellent, mechanically (it has low KMs though).Not a horrible experience by any stretch, but could be much better. I'm not thinking the dealer put the touch-up paint over the missing paint spots on the truck.... but if anyone actually performed a detailed inspection they would have been noticed. Some of these have turned into rust that their corrosion warranty

Service department has been great and I absolutely loved my 2019 High Country until the paint on the fenders started falling off. Apparently a known problem but still won’t fix anything. Again the service department has been fantastic but hard to be happy with a truck the paint is falling off after not quite four years and the company won’t stand behind their product. Very disappointing.

Called about a vehicle that had been advertised on kijiji, Facebook, car gurus and their website for about a week. I was told the vehicle was not yet on the lot since it was getting prepped for sale (safety, detailing etc.) but they would call me in about a week when it was ready. I waited two weeks and went into the dealership to see if it was there. Still not on the lot or ready for viewing. 2 more weeks later still no call but I see updated photos of the vehicle on the lot (the photos before were just stock photos) so I go into the dealership to be told the truck has been sold. Seems like with the market for used trucks that they don’t have to work for a sale so service is out of the question. Will probably be shopping out of town.

I was amazed by the way they worked to help me get a new truck, because my old truck needed more servicing and, I did not have the time to wait.

Great service people and technicians!!!!my truck broke down on my trip to Thunder Bay. lifter failure. left my truck at Badanai for diagnostic and repair. they covered my rental, so i could still enjoy trails and amazing views of falls, canyon and sleeping giant. the truck was fixed in 2 days, which is very fast for such a repair! drove home for 1400km with no issue:)))Thank You, Guys!!!!! Appreciate you hard work!!!!! Great technicians, great service advisors!!!!!!

Subject: Not Recommended for GMC Car Owners: Badanai Motors Ltd.It has become apparent to me that as a non-GMC representative, Badanai Motors Ltd. does not have easy and efficient access to the required parts. This raises concerns about their sourcing methods.As a GMC Acadia owner, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Badanai Motors Ltd. in Thunder Bay. In February, I took my car to their service center due to a serious issue. After diagnosing the problem, they assured me that they would order the necessary part. However, they failed to inform me of the expected arrival time for the part.It has now been five months, and I find myself continuing to drive the car, putting my family and children at risk, all while hoping for a timely repair. Today, after five months of waiting, I called them only to discover that they still have no knowledge of when the part will arrive. This level of service is truly disappointing.Based on this assumption, I strongly advise against any GMC car owners entrusting their vehicles to the service center at Badanai Motors Ltd. Your warranty may expire before the necessary repairs are completed, leaving you responsible for the expenses.

I've been dealing with them since the old Kam Motors days. Good service and great vehicles work's for me every time.

Ordered a truck through these guys and the whole thing was seamless through and through. I appreciated all the extra effort going through the order sheet and explaining the process to me. The truck is now a couple years old and has been great. The service department is excellent as wellThanks Mike, Arvo and the rest of the team over there!
