If u reading my comment avoid filing tax from them.They forgot to upload my t4 and GRP and now i have to pay $1200. Avoid them

People over here talk very rudely to the clients and do not do their work properly. I filed my tax from here in 2022 for 2021 they put my address wrong and when I was calling them for the correction they weren’t responding me properly. This behaviour is definitely not acceptable.

He forget to register one of my T4s and following this fault I must pay now 2300$ thx how a surprise.

Dissatisfaction!! Don’t have knowledge about taxes. Regret to choose them !!

They helped me to do my tax. Still I got notice from CRA that I have to send letters to them. Asking help from them is ridiculous

Been a client there for past 5 years and now they are loosing my business forever due to the unprofessional and rude behaviour of the receptionist .Took a token on Wednesday to file tax,waited all day for their call back given the time difference in both provinces since I don’t reside in SK anymore .Got a call back today Friday at 5:30 EST,Couldn’t take call as I was driving .So asked her to call me back in 10/15 and the response I got is “Well you have to call me then” and before I could say anything she just hung up .No thank you ,no greetings of the day .Literally zero customer service skills .Atleast ,have the audacity to be polite.I don’t mind calling back but she definitely needs to fix her attitude.Being an employee,you represent the organization and if you don’t know how to talk to people when that’s what your job demands the most ,I feel sorry for the company to have employees like this .

Zero care for the customer. I submitted my documents a month ago and he didn't even look at them yet. I called two times already and the receptionist said Gurtej will call me back but he never did. She is making excuses that it is really busy" which is very unfair because 100's of people got their taxes done even they came in the queue after me. I very much feel discriminated
