The worst bank everPeople working there very slowWhen ever you go there always line up5 people line up takes about 40 minutesThey only have 2 people working at counters because of this reason i have moved my bank

Lady was rude right from the start. Have to make an appointment and they are late. If you are late it's too bad. Then sets all these rules and apparently I can't ask questions. Been with Vancity for years and this is by far the worst location in Vancouver BC that I've been too. Really frustrated right from the start and they did nothing to calm the situation but wanted to kick me out. Already stressed out already and they never helped to start. Don't go there. Update.An hour later and now my son doesn't want to go there again because of this lady.

lady on sitting side counter was rude i noticed guy before me there she helped he ask anything she said i don’t know and same thing to me, not good if she don’t know anything she can ask manger or to other staff.

My son 16 old he works in my shop and using that bank his Student and working all summer in my barber shop saving and paying his bills taking cash deposit to ATM that bank bank bocks his account asking where are you bringing money ?he was deposit $200 and $300and $450 . Is this is big money that bank asking him bring prove ? where is this money coming from?!!!! If you working in that bank as mangers or worker your responsibility is not asking people where is this small amount money coming from or showing you prove ,!!! you are not income taxes !! You are back you responsible banking nothing else you aren’t court or police or income taxes what is your point???. Adam is responsible to pay his taxes and he paid 2021 it is not your business?asking where is his money coming. Only if he deposit $10.000 a day with respect of law and by showing that law to Clint bring you prove otherwise for $200.or $400 or$100 you don’t bother and do not target people because you’re mangers or working there . I am not calling your call centre .!!!your District manager should call us explaining what is going on in that bank? we did not do anything wrong we got targeted by your bank workers they put there nose some else business how we make money!!!This goofy attitude I ever see entire my life. I was in a car accident and have spine injury. Walking with canes. Security guard wouldn't allow me to sit down on chair made me stand for 37 minutes in line up so I could have access to my Safety Deposit Box. I think that's very cruel of him. He could see that I was dragging my left leg and had so much difficulty standing I was ready to punch him and go to jail because of the lack of compassion towards my disability. Shameful! I haven't been back since Nov 23rd 2021.

I had an appointment at 11 am Today(16-08-2018) at branch 19 ( scottroad and 72 ave Delta). I arrived 10.55 am at bank and one employee welcomed me with a rude face with out saying a good Morning or offering a chair.I was there to for apply for a line of credit. He asked me are You a member of Vancity? I said no. Since I am not an existing client of Vancity, He recommend me to go and approach to My existing bank first. He declined to hear anything from My side even checking My documents. He was not willing to start the procedure for opening an account. Very rude behavior... I dont suggest this branch.

I’ve always been satisfied with the service at the North Delta branch, however on my recent trip I found that they are no longer open on Saturday. This will definitely have an impact on whether I will continue to deal with them.

I was given a phone call appointment at 2.30 this afternoon with Aman Gill. I had been waiting but didn't received a single call. Half an hour after branch closed at 5.30, I received a call from aman gill accusing me that i didn't pick her calls that she made for 3 times tho I didnt receive any call whatsoever. Well, why would you call me half an hour after your branch is closed than? Just to cover up? Than upon asking for business banking she said that i could look at the information online? LOL. Than she hung up the call whilst i was still talking. Such an unprofessional way of handling customers.

Took 45 mins to deposit into my account. Service is so slow and line ups are brutally long. Perhaps the branch manger should roll up his sleeves and help out if he’s not willing to hire more staff !
