The store's smaller sizes (that i personally was shopping for) tended to be sold out/not in stock for multiple styles. Placing an online order at their cash-out with Jeffrey (believe that's his name, he's an Asian gentleman with glasses) was seamless & very quick.Items were received quickly & fit great, Jeffrey provided excellent customer service, 5/5

I love Lululemon. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a decade now, and always recommend various products to my friends. I came in to try on a new sports bra Lulu recently released, and the worker there was so friendly! She helped look for my size (she even went to the back and grabbed them, as they had just shipped in). I’m really excited to wear my new sports bra to the gym!!!On the off chance he sees this, I do apologize to the man who I asked a question to near the fitting rooms, but turned out he was a customer himself.

Staff here were very nice and helpful.

I brought in my damaged shorts for hemming and the supervisor/store manager at the time told me it's better if I don't hem it. She did not even offer me a solution. Never coming back here again.

The cashier is in serious need of customer service training. No greetings, no thank yous, very impolite and condescending. Floor employee was nice, though :) regardless, I will not be going back to the store and will not be recommending Fairview Mall branch to anyone.

Poor serice. The only front cash staff was held up with a customer, for an extended period. After 15 mins, she still hadn't called for another staff member from back of store. Bc I have a back issues, I couldn't wait. Put the clothes on the rack and left.

The cashier in this store is really rude1. The lululemon website says you can get a quick refund, but the clerk wouldn't let me get a refund and wouldn't let me change my size in the store. She also laughed at us Asians, which is extremely racist. We are guests, not your enemies!2, we came to the store to shop, but we were not allowed to take photos in the store and call the security guard. I don't understand it, and it also made us very angry. We came to the store to make a purchase, but the staff asked the security guard to come!3. I bought a lot of lululemon clothes, and this is the first time for me to be humiliated by the shop assistant! I must complain to the end about this clerk!4. All the staff are nice except the cashier who calls security at the front desk! This is terrible!! What a disgrace to lululemon!

White girl, one of the store manager, is the rudest person. She knew she is rude, so she won’t tell her name. I saw a few previous comments mentioned her as well, so it must happen regularly. Lululemon, you are in retail business, this should not be allowed.

This is medium size store but it has same items than bigger ones. Quality of their products are good going to excellent. The staff are really nice and helpful. The items are little pricy, but it can be me adapting to the new normal.
