I writing this review I feel lucky to have met with Rebecca. I would describe her as being a professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and a valuable source of guidance and support as she takes you through the process of Mortgage financing from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Rebecca is also very well connected in the community and works with only the best......looking for an awesome realtor...let her know.

Rebecca has been a wonderful help in the purchase of my first home. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient & friendly. She responded to my (many, many) questions quickly and thoroughly, surpassing my expectations re: response time by miles. When we met to sign the mortgage papers, she explained everything in detail and in terms that I understood; I left that meeting feeling completely at ease and confident. I feel very fortunate to have had her by my side for such a big life event. Would highly recommend to anyone & everyone.

Worst experience of my life! The broker was completely clueless to my mortgage. Nothing he said was right and he failed to tell me about a $7243 requirement, even after I directly asked him about additional fees and closing costs a few months earlier. I only found out about that required money, 2 weeks before it was due, because I was reading over the paperwork myself and called him about it. And then, when we tried finalizing our mortgage with the lawyers, we found out that our down payments that were calculated were wrong, costing us $4500 that we had to come up with in 2 days because he failed to file our paperwork with the lawyers in time. He lost almost every peice of my paper work, at least once, and was clueless to requirements by the bank, that we BARELY made in time. This was, by far, the worst and most stressful experience of my life. I am NEVER using this company again.

I just recently purchased my first real estate property. Through my realtor (Michelle Carlsen of Homelife Realty), Mike Morisset was highly recommended to me. Mike was very personable and professional throughout the process. He communicated information and purchasing status all the time. I strongly recommend Mike and ORIGIN Home Financial Partners when you are ready to get serious with your next real estate purchase.

Rebecca is a great and knowledgeable mortgage broker. She took the time to explain what I needed to do. She found me a right mortgage before and now she is helping me to find the best mortgage once again. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I would like to give a big recognition to Rebecca on her consistent professionalism she has with clients that I have referred to her to provide mortgage funding or just information for future investments, A huge thing  is having the broker keep in contact with the Realtor on the activity of the mortgage application to the final funding and I have to give Rebecca 100% appreciation as she is one of the few if not one of the only brokers that has respect for the Realtor and provides if not a CC of the correspondence between clients a follow up call/ email/ text/or a knock on the door to provide an update oh yes and a quick glass of wine LOL she is a perfectionist  at her job and this is a brief note to give her acknowledgment on her outstanding efforts she does to go out of her way to get the job done!!!!Cheers Marshell ForsterColdwell Banker tri Tel Realty
