I’ve been a patients of Dr Chang’s for a couple years. Always found him easy to talk to and pleasant. It’s hard to get through on the phone to make appointments though.

Their staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice that they are open after hours and on Saturdays. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two.But dr. Martin is absolutely terrible. He is arrogant and inattentive, often talking to his patients with a slight grin on his face. He is not my family doctor (fortunately) but i happened to see him a few times when my doctor was unavailable and each time i came out with a feeling that his manners as a doctor were inappropriate.

Dr.Romilowych has been late to several appointments several times even 5-6 hours late to phone appointments. I find she don’t listen to my concerns my year round allergies were somehow seasonal in her mind. As well been told symptoms are in my head and or that’s common. It might be common doesn’t mean it’s normal and obviously affecting me enough or I wouldn’t be there. The nurses that work with her are terrible told I couldn’t get my allergy shot at the office because they causes too many patients to have anaphylaxis in the past and I needed to get it at a walk in clinic. (Strange how a walk in clinic will take me for allergy shot with little history and without results from my allergy tests but white hills won’t in fear I have a severe reaction which allergist said that usually only happens when they give the wrong dose) Then later got told off for getting it at a walk in because they lose money when I see a walk in over them. Very disappointed.

If I could rate it a zero I would! (Dr.) Patrick Chang should not be practicing. From poor bedside manners to simply not caring for patients! One of the most self righteous and arrogant poor examples of a doctor. Has no time for you what so ever. If you want a doctor that sits on a high horse then he's your guy. He will make jokes and just laugh at your concerns. Just simply not do what he is paid to do. I would highly recommend you seek someone else for your wellbeing and care. He is not someone that should be able to carry the title of a doctor.

Dr.Sharma is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about her patients. She tries her best to get her patients out of the office as soon as she can. We've had many problems with her in the past few years, and most of the time, she doesn't do anything until we specifically ask her to do it or when things get really serious!My dad had a wrist injury last year, and he had x-rays done 2-3 times because his wrist wouldn't get better, and he was in pain. And after all the x-rays, she concluded that there was nothing serious. My dad decided to go to a physiotherapist this year because the pain still didn't go away, and the physiotherapist suspected that his wrist was broken, so he requested another x-ray. My dad has been asking Dr. for his X-ray result for the past week, and she wouldn't tell him about the result. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND NOT ACCEPTABLE!

So I've been waiting for six months to get into imagining. Finally get a call yesterday they had a cancelation. So I call Dr. to get directions on where to go. They sent me to the wrong hospital. Causing me to miss my appointment.

Last year I was switched over to Dr. Patrick Chang. My appointment always begins on time and there is never any delay. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Chang as my physician.

I, my wife, children and grand children have been seeing Dr. Nicholls for about 20 or so years and have never in that time had any problems or complaints about the nurses, receptionists or the Doctor himself. I've always been able to book appointments in relatively quick order and when Dr. Nicholls is unavailable another Doctor has been kind enough to see me.

I've been going to this Medical Centre for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. My Dr was Dr Patel who has since retired. She was a great Doctor and always took the time to get to the root of the problem. I know there is sometimes a wait, but this is the same for everywhere. I don't have a problem waiting as I know I can get in to see a Dr when I need to. The nurse practitioners are excellent also and staff are friendly and courteous. No complaints.
