Went here for the first time last Saturday for a gel nail fill. Kristina was great but my nails chipped by Thursday. Had to get them redone Monday. Kristina said there was a problem with the colour she used. She redid them Monday and charged me. I was surprised because they messed up and most businesses would keep their customers happy. They chipped again the next day I talked to the owner (Nancy) who offered a $25.00 gift certificate to compensate for $70.00. I wanted a refund. She told me the tec spent so much time doing them again. It is my time too!!!! She basically told me to go somewhere else.

Oh my GOD! Chanel is absolutely amazing. I originally got my lashes filled at Voila lash lounge in abbotsford and they BUTCHERED my lashes, aftet 10 minutes of leaving my appointment all my lashes fell out, they fixed" them that same day and again they looked horrible within 15 mins. I decided to try this place after lots of research and saw Chanel was the girl to see. Let me tell you

Such a beautiful and clean salon, Sheila is amazing at massages and facials and I also get my lashes done as well and they look beautiful every time. Overall highly recommend!

horrible job on false lashes she glues my lashes together used chemicalscal remover when asked not to it was a horrible experience and I will never go there again

Good communication! Not sure what is with the negative reviews, from what I've heard they are very busy and kind ladies. I always have my lashes done by Chanel and she does a phenomenal job every time.

Had an amazing experience getting my first ever Brazilian from Sheila! She made me feel super comfortable, was very professional and it went great! :) Definitely would recommend her for anyone interested in getting any waxing, or other treatments done!
