The strata company Hugh & McKinnon is never responding to calls or emails on residents concerns. We are stuck with them because the entire strata is on them and we won't be able to change unless all residents agree. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional and negligent.

Debbie is amazing Property Manager .She is very nice, very understanding and she shows de house many times you need.She is a great person and very professional.

I leased a home for a year through this management company just as these new owners took over. We did a walk through of the home and the agent videotaped the whole place at the time of my possession. When after a year I had a disagreement with the owner about returning my damage deposit, i went to their office where the owner of Hugh & McKinnon told me he kept every video but mine and would not provide it for me.Be very wary, they are not honourable people.

Best to look elsewhere .... not gonna lie, think I might be living in an oven (first pic is INSIDE the house) it is warmer inside than out (that's 79.34 F for my American friends) - these were taken Jun 9, 2023 just before 4 am ... all doors & windows opened all night.Been trying to get this fixed/properly addressed since 2016 - the pictures of the moldy attic are from 2018 - the landlord has been kept in the loop since day one ..... apparently our health is not of import to them
