Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

We had Derrick come assess our plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable and professional and we decided to go ahead and do business. Something came up and Knight Plumbing was flexible and rescheduled our appointment. We had 4 toilets replaced and Dave and Justin were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They were respectful and cleaned up after the job. We were impressed and highly recommend Knight Plumbing.

It was time to change the Hot Water Tank and a quick google search listed Knight Plumbing. Never heard of the Business but the google reviews were so positive I requested a quote. Reply was fast, and very well done. They weren't the lowest but I liked what I read and appreciated the quality reply. The front end Staff here are very well trained and pleasant. For me, a sign of a well run business. Mike the Tech was the installer and the service was fantastic! I found my new go to One-Stop Plumbing Shop.

Josh was everything I could have wanted in an installer. Neat work, arrived on time and cleaned up after. The installation and the experience (including price) was outstanding.

I had duct cleaning service at my house performed by Knight. I was expecting them to arrive at 9am but they arrived closer to 8am. Justin and Tudor were very professional and did an excellent job. They were thorough in explaining the process, how long it would take and they wore shoe covers in the house. I had an additional service to clean out my bathroom exhaust vent because there was bird nesting material in there. The pest control company I hired earlier was only able to remove some of it but not all of the nesting that was deeper in the vent pipe. The guys at Knight were able to blow out all of the nesting material deep in the vent so it is no longer clogged now. I was surprised to see how much more nesting came out of the vent pipe.

Mike came by to inspect the plumbing in my condo today and advise me on a couple of concerns I had. He was so professional, courteous, and helpful. I appreciated his patience and thoroughness in showing and explaining both the things that were working well, and some things to watch out for. I would recommend Knight Plumbing for sure!

Was told I absolutely need to replace my furnace by another company. Chris from Knight came out for a quote and was very honest and professional, explained to me why I likely didn't need to replace the furnace and suggested getting a non-biased third party opinion on the state of my furnace. ATCO came out and also confirmed that my furnace was just fine and didn't need replacing. Thanks to Chris and team for being honest and professional when you could have just as easily tried to sell me a new furnace. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future myself.

I had the pleasure of hiring this company to inspect my furnace and central air conditioner to ensure there were no concerns. Tony was on time, professional, informative, and he was very personable! It is one thing to show up and complete a job, but Tony went above and beyond because he educated me about everything he was doing while he did it. Tony showed me how to clean my air conditioner, what filters would best work for my furnace, and reassured me that all of his assessment showed no concerns! If I ever need assistance with my furnace or air conditioner again, I will 100% call Knights.

Update to my last review.2 for 2 knocked it out of the park.Knight came out to fix a issue with my boiler. I signed up for their Preferred Membership but I 'm confident even if I wasn't the service would still be exceptional. I have contacts in this business and the pricing is extremely fair. Josh is a fantastic technician, very polite and knowledgeable. I only wish google reviews goes higher than 5 stars.Had Knight come out to service one of my AC units in SW Calgary.Amazing service from George. He was fantastic, well mannered, smelled nice, looked very professional and took time to answer all my questions. If I ran a company George is the ideal type of Associate I would want to represent my brand.

First class operation! Spoke to three staff by phone and each time they were exceptional. Cheerful and courteous. Gave a quote without sales pressure and booked an appointment to replace the tank next day. No bait and switch here. I was looking for a Rheem and they had it in stock. Subsequent calls from me to discuss potential upgrades and they confirmed the original selection worked best after allowing me time to research. Day of installation the plumber called 30 minutes before arriving as planned. The team wore slippers and laid down protective carpet over our floors and stairs. New tank in and old one removed in 90 minutes. The guys were professional, wore company uniforms, and clearly take pride in their work. Easy to talk to and answered all questions. Same energy and good fun nature that I got from the first call. Outstanding corporate culture matched by exemplary and fast service. No upsell pressure. Price quoted was price paid, no hidden charges. Coincidentally, there were 3 Knight trucks on our block today. My neighbours clearly agree. Don’t hesitate to call on Knight.
