Shun Feng Seafood Restaurant
Food is good but service is subpar. We ordered 8 savoury dishes and 2 desserts, and yet the desserts were served half way through which made us lost appetite with half of savoury dishes still waiting to be served, as the desserts we ordered is meant to be eaten hot so we can't just let them sit on the table. Also round tables that sit more than 5 people should have lazy Susan in the middle.

Shun Feng Seafood Restaurant
Great place to have dim sum. The restaurant is bright and clean. You can taste the quality in the food. They offer a variety of premium items in there dim sum menu such as lobster steam crepes and crab meat dumplings with caviar. I enjoyed coming here and would visit again. The service here is outstanding as they make you feel at home.

I’d like to recommend my friends to go there and will go again! Dim sum are really nice, also they put passion on foods(look at that animal lol). Besides the customer service is best that I’ve never have in Hong Kong style restaurant. But the price is actually a little bit high. Overall, it’s good to try!

Attention all potential customers: MUST READ!! Worst service ever!! Made a reservation over the phone. People who already put their name down still hog around the check in area so there is no way to get to the front. People coming after you walk around and shove themselves in. The hostess was missing from the front like 90% of the time. Once you get checked in, you will start to see that they give table right away to people they know even though they just walked in. Asked the hostess if we’ll get a table at our reservation time and she said yes. Waited an hour and still didn’t get a table. Don’t promise people that they’ll get a table if it’s a total lie. In the end, left without even sitting down to eat. Other groups of people also left without eating because of the terrible wait time. Service and experience is so bad that we did not make it to the table. Probably won’t get a table for another hour or two even though we made a reservations. Do not need to try this restaurants. Many Chinese dim sum restaurants in Richmond! Would give zero stars if that was an option. I grew up having dim sum and this is the WORST service I’ve had from a dim sum restaurant.

Service was good but food came out super slowly despite there being only a few other tables. The lamb chops and lobster is good, but other dishes are all right.

Pretty mediocre food given the price. We ordered the avocado scallop salad but it came with only melons and no avocado. Dynasty, for example, has a lot more impressive / creative dishes for the same price point.

Decent and tasty dimsum place but overpriced a little bit. Not my top choice for dimsum. I believe there are tons of dimsum restaurants better than here in Vancouver.

Shun Feng Seafood Restaurant
Came here on a Sunday night for my mother in law's birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Couple of highlights from what we had:Pork shank and chicken feet soup - A Cantonese classic done quite well. Flavor was just right but could have used a little more meat in the soup.Deep fried lobster with wide egg noodles - A little bit too oily but flavors were good and the lobster serving was generous. Never had these kind of noodles with lobster but it turned out really nice and absorbed the sauce well.Stir fried beef cubes with mushroom - Rubbery meat and just overly salty. Skip this.Scrambled eggs with shrimp - Well done with rich wok hei" (wok fragrance?). Good portion size and fantastic with a bowl of white rice.Fried rice with seafood sauce - We were really full at this point but it was a great ending to the meal. Comforting
