Was anxious to have my Mavic repaired so I drove the 2 hours to their location. Shu, the tech actually took the time to do some diagnostic tests WHILE I WAITED…and gave me options that I acted on and was grateful to receive. I also got the grand tour of their store with Daniel and am now considering my new upgrades.DJI products and DJI SUPPORT are world class…I’m now a customer for life. Bill

Such a pleasant experience getting my drone repaired, I thought it was a complete write off after one of my employees crashed it into a tree.The service man named Shu is very knowledgeable, polite and even took his time educated me on how to safely operate it and how minor the damage actually was.DJI makes great quality products and has a team on standby to repair at any given notice.I highly recommend!

Five stars from me. I'm really happy with both the repair service and the staff. I recently visited their service center location to get my drone repaired and found everyone to be friendly, attentive, competent and professional. They were able to quickly narrow my problem to likely being only an axel issue, so I left it for repair. As promised, only three business days later I received a call to say it was what they suspected and that it had been repaired. Happily they also performed other diagnostics to make sure nothing else was wrong that wasn't obvious. I have no hesitation whatsoever in using their services again.

Although the company is excellent, in this store, there are no professionals, they are not prepared. I took my Drone in for maintenance and they didn't even bother to review my Drone. It's been almost two weeks and they haven't even done anything, so I had to go back to the store, but it's a mess, the drones are scattered everywhere, when I went to get my drone, they didn't know where to look and they still return the drone to me missing one piece, the protection of the camera.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend their services to all of my colleagues with drones. Shu and Jess are such kind and knowledgeable people that support you every step of the way!

The technician Shu was very great! He fixed my son drone which was broken last summer, although the model is discontinue from Dji. He has made his best efffort to find out the propeller replacement from packed boxes in the warehouse. At last he tested it outside to make sure it worked. The charge is very reasonable and much lower than I expected. overall I would give my experience in the store 5 stars!
