If I could give zero stars i would. Worst customer service from head office i have ever seen from a retailer. They dont care about the customer and are condescending. Do yourself a favor and don't shop there, save yourself the trouble of dealing with ridiculous people.

Nice store. Went here today to buy a Christmas gift. Customer service was terrible though. I waited in line for about 10 mins.. the woman was with a customer infront of me socializing and talking while another worker walked by several times and didnt even awknowlege me or ask for assistance. Customer service needs improvement here. I walked out and put the clothes back.

The staff was more into their weekend plans and what was on their phones than the customer. When they finally looked up to help they were nice girls, they just need better customer service training.

I left a review don't know ehat happened. Just wanted to say the ladies at bramalea city center location is simply top notch perfect in customer service!! They have so much of patience snd simply pleasant to be around!!
