After my heart surgery I found my self in extreme distress.I didn't knew where to go or what to do to secure my rent until the benefits start coming in .Not to mention the medication affected my sight I was panicking and felt afraidI rarely depend on any services or help.This people help me so much it brought tears in to my eyes.You don't get so much kindness and consideration from strangers.This Covit19 days everything seem to be much more difficultThe Staff put my mind at ease.Thank you!

The most disrespectful, inconsiderate and condescending caseworker I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. Quite simply mean-spirited and altogether unhelpful. I am not comfortable inquiring about available supports or benefits because of their vitriol and critical attitude, which have been apparent since my initial conversation (or rather, confrontation).This worker is full of judgment against the unemployed, as well as evident assumptions, projections and criticisms of those struggling with its related affect - mental health issues. They come off as having a serious vendetta completely unfitting of one in sucha position.I have secured my own offer of employment. This has come at great sacrifice to me and no thanks to them.My caseworker was the kind of person whose treatment of you would send you to off to ODSP, as it did to me. They see someone at their lowest point - broke, isolated, alienated, depressed - and kicks them when they're down. This approach is borderline sociopathic and I would seriously reconsider theirn employment with the government, names have been mentioned in a private complaint. Some of these people do not deserve to be in control of anyone's livelihood, for however long.

The worst client services I have ever seen. They are rude and never answer your call specially if you want to reach the case worker. Their back up workers are also never answer.I had the worst experienced with my case worker her name is Helen Verma she never answer your call and she does not want to help you at all. I do not know how they got hired with this poor office discipline.

Case worker by the name of MS Leps worker number 501 is the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever seen in my life she was extremely rude abusive and mannerless I will never forgive her the way she treated me in front of my wife I couldn’t sleep on that day when she disrespected me iam so disappointed

I have Visited and their service is excellent.

I have yet to come across a single staff member at the Golden Mile Employment Centre that is either not pained to be spoken to when asked for help or is not straight up rude to their clients. Most of the clients who visit the centre are likely already facing some kind of stress or anxiety and it doesn't help anyone when some of the staff members behave and speak so coldly. It takes nothing from anyone to be kind. The staff at this centre need to be mindful of how they conduct themselves with the general public, who come from a broad range of backgrounds and learning abilities.

This is a large and we'll staffed office. Wait times to see a worker are quite short. There is a dedicated employment services office alongside. Front desk personnel are efficient and knowledgeable. Temporary case workers are also empathetic and we'll versed in practices and procedures. I have never left this office feeling worse than when I walked in...

My experience with Miss Georgette Ballin has been very pleasant due to her outstanding assistance that portrayed her understanding, kindness, empathy and professionalism throughout the years. She is definitely a great value to this organization that supports people.

Everything is a half story up.Wide ramp & stair access.Clean, with seating everywhere.
