Went to treat myself for manicure and pedicure as I was going on vacay. I thought I’d try out shellac for the first time. The pedicure was great but the girl doing my shellac manicure had no idea what she was doing. I chose out the colour I wanted and when she started doing my nails it was not the proper colour so I said something, and she told me that’s ok this is more summery. Which I should’ve pressed the issue more since I didn’t love this other colour and it’s not what I asked for. Then she got the polish all on my finger tips and tried to hide it so I asked for her to remove it as it was sticky, and she wiped once and shrugged her shoulders like what do I want her to do.After a week the nail polish started pealing (which apparently isn’t supposed to happen with shellac?)All in all not impressed with the service or quality of the “shellac”

I went to get my nails done here for the first time and was given the worst experience iv ever received in a nail salon. I came in wanting a new bio gel set, and after a lot of confusion they did my nails and I was initially satisfied.Not even a day later the tip of one of my nails completely broke off, and I hadn’t even hit it or anything. Then after closely looking at my nails, they were paper thin and so bendy without putting any pressure.The next day I went back to the salon to ask to get the nail fixed as it was a long weekend and I wouldn’t have time before my event to get them fixed and the women very rudely dismissed all my concerns and said she couldn’t fix my nail because they had no one who could do bio gel. While I was disappointed as my schedule was very tight I agreed to come back two days later because she said they would re due the set for me for free. In the two days I waited another nail broke and the other nails were very fragile.Then when I returned two days later the women did not want to re do my set even tho her and her colleagues clearly saw how poor of a job my nails were done and were only willing to redo my broken nails. After I told them I was confident the rest of the nails would break she agreed to re do them as I was promised. Then when I left she charged me an additional 35$ for “colour change” after I already spent 90$ on nails that all broke. And when I told her the other lady told me they would re do them she told me that bio gel is always thin, implying it’s not her fault I wasn’t satisfied even tho they all broke one day later.This was extremely stressful and upsetting situation especially because these nails were for a special occasion and were time sensitive I am very disappointed even after multiple times trying to politely and understandingly explain my concerns.

I travel for work and happened to be in town with a broken nail. They fixed immed. And even matched my polish. Exellent service.

Booked them for gel and wax ended up waiting half an hour and they still were not ready to receive me owners excuse was that people were asking for to many designs however, this was not the first time i had to wait. I got up and left with no services performed and heading off to a much needed vacation tomorrow.Will never book here again

I've always had a great experience, you're remembered by name. Great atmosphere and welcoming. The staff is always so kind. Nails last and done well, pedicures are always well done.

I went to get my nails done the day before attending an event came here for the first time and I had the worst experience ever and I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and not one has treated me this bad. I got short French tips and plain nails that I thought were gonna look good but first of all they weren’t even filed evenly, second they were so fat and bubbly looking, and half of my nails were crooked. I payed 65$ for this, I don’t care about the price but for the work that was done and the attitude that was given to me when I brought it up to them was not it. If I could I would rate this salon a zero. Not worth it at all drove 30 minutes to deal with this. Don’t recommend coming here.

Update: I was really tempted to post a public review on this. But i chose to reach out to you privately. I would also expect a response to this text message in resonable time and would like my money returned to me plus the $10 tip I gave. This is in no way acceptable. My friend covered the tip portion of the tip and i told her after we left that the technician did not deserve a $10 tip.My friend and I came into your salon to have shellac pedicures done at 9:30 on Friday June 16th.This is what my 3 toes nails look like by the next day (Saturday). They are painful and look to becoming infected. I will be going to a doctor to get them looked at. Im pretty sure Im going to need an antibiotic cream to clear this up. (Which will also cost me money to purchase as I am self employed).When technician was doing my toe nail bed, I pulled back and said ouch a few times. She was hurting them. She showed no response to this and kept going. I wanted to walk out at this point. But I'm to kind and gave her a chance to keep going. I believe 100% this is what she caused.I would like a full refund plus the tip that was paid.I have been to your salon numerous times but I won't be returning at this point. I have lost in money value for the extremely poor service, tip and plus the cost of a prescription.I hope to hear back from you soon in regards to this text.Thank you.I sent them a private text message through Instagram and I'm still waiting for a response. Hopefully they respond soon...tried posting a pic but keeps jumping so can't post it.

Amazing experience! Staff is friendly and the service is great. Also you can’t go wrong with the price!
