Sunrise Pool and Service

We have used Sunrise Pool Service for years. Erik and his team have EXCEEDED our expectations. Both he and his staff have always gone above and beyond for us. He opens and closes our pool, handles maintenance issues, he is ALWAYS willing to jump on the phone with me and trouble shoot as well....I could go on and on.... He has also been an excellent resource for pool repair work/suggestions. He is extremely fair in his pricing, honest and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Sunrise.

After some mediocre to negative experiences with some other pool service companies, I was thrilled to find Sunrise Pool. Erik and his team do excellent work. They are accountable (Erik, the owner, answers calls and text messages himself), prompt, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I have had to bother Erik with multiple questions and concerns already this season, and he is always able to help me. He went out of his way to get my pool opened and cleaned early this year because my house is on the market, and he made sure everything looked perfect before my first open house. He is professional, and takes pride in his work. He really cares about his customers, and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Sunrise Pool - they provide outstanding service.

I would recommend Sunrise Pool to anyone looking for great honest service. The Owner, Erik has always been upfront with my wife and I and his prices have been beyond fair. It's nice to see there are still some good local companies out there that put the customer first!!

After three years, can’t say enough about the Sunrise Pool service. They schedule appts ahead and have always met the date. They opened my pool two days ago and the water is crystal clear and I have done nothing. . Previous service, I had green water for more than a week. Not sure how they do it but I’m impressed as heck. Highly recommend

I have used Sunrise Pool and Services for several years to open, close and maintain my pool over the summer months. They provide excellent customer service; they are responsive and work hard to make sure their service exceeds. I needed to have my liner replaced and they took alot of time explaining to me the options to ensure I ended up with the results I wanted. Their service staff is friendly and professional - took great care of my pool and it looked fabulous all summer!

We went through 4 other pool companies before we found Sunrise Pool, then we looked no further! Each opening season they are professional and clean up after themselves. Each cleaning is always their best. Each closing season is always perfect. If ever we have an issue with pool equipment or water, their guys are at our home in no time to find solutions! We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family!

Erik the owner and staff are what makes the Sun Rise" at Sunrise pool. These guys were top notch with my pool last year. My wife and I bought a new home and the pool was older. Erik personally did a full inspection and thorough review top to bottom of our older pool . Erik even advised me on a small fix that saved me a couple bucks doing it myself. I have used Sunrise Pool and Service for years, and have never had anything but great service. Erik has always been extremely helpful when there has been an issue I couldn't figure out, often talking me through a fix over the phone (I was amazed when he did this one weekend after we had moved to a new home with an older pool that was relatively new to him, yet he was familiar enough with the heater to know what to tell me to do.) If he can't help with advice, he comes over himself in a timely manner. His crew keeps our pool looking great, and the openings and closings are efficient and neat. Everyone is friendly and personable. I have recommended them to my friends, and will continue to do so.

Last year, My pool was severely damaged from a winter storm. Pool cover was torn; liner was severely damaged causing water leak; filters/pump system was destroyed as well. Erik and his team got right on it. Everything was fixed perfectly in timely manner. Never did I have to call him to figure out when things were going to get done. Instead, he called me to let me know things were done already. Rest of the season last year, I continued to use Sunrise pool's service to maintain and professionally close. I called them again this year to open the pool and Maintain. Their service is great. Price is fair. I highly recommend Sunrise pool.

The Sun Has STOPPED Rising!My husband and I have been looking into getting an inground pool installed and came across Sunrise Pool and Service and their great reviews online. I emailed them twice and never received a response so my Husband decided to call them.....well that was a TERRIBLE MISTAKE!The gentleman that answered the phone stated they are completely booked for the 2018 season. My husband mentioned we didn't mind waiting until 2019 if necessary. The gentleman then stated they were booked through August of 2019 and blew off my Husband. He actually recommended we contact North Eastern Pool & Spa as they install a lot more pools than Sunrise can. My husband had mentioned that I emailed them several times and never received a response. My husband was told they get hundreds of emails a day and have no way of answering them and just continued to blow him off. Mind you, this is Rochester, NY not sunny Florida! I can't imagine they are receiving hundreds of emails a day regarding pools/service! If they are, they need to hire someone to check those emails! There could be a lot of lost business/money in them for your company!What a disgrace for a company to have an attitude like that! A business owner should never recommend that you go elsewhere to spend your $50K-$70K. If you don't have the time and resources to obtain more business and yet you're booked for 2 years straight, there's a serious issue! This is not a company/owner that I would ever want to hire to install a pool or do any type of pool maintenance/service.If I could give them 0 stars I would! Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star and I guess that's okay because they did recommend North Eastern to us! All I can say is for anyone reading this, go directly to North Eastern and don't waste your time with these LOSERS!
