Wow. I can’t say enough great things about Liv Yoga! The teachers are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and really take the time to make sure the students have the best yoga experience possible. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful space to anyone into yoga. Always happy to go back too. Cheers to the whole Liv Yoga family!

Liv Yoga has a beautiful studio , spacious and good capacity. They offer wide range of classes and you can choose it as per your convenience as they have schedule spread out across the day and classes are available in french or english.All the instructors are marvellous with indepth knowledge of yoga. They are all my favorite, each and everyone of them. They guide you in every posture, correct you and are super friendly. I highly recommend Liv Yoga to everyone.The studio is just 2 mins walk from De l'eglise metro station.

An unwelcoming attitude and bad vibes before a practice isn't ideal, especially when it comes from the person at reception who subsequently teaches the class. A few of my friends decided to practice at a different studio after encountering a similar customer service experience at Liv.Just like you invite us to do yoga and be kind to our bodies, I invite your team to be kinder to your clients. It makes a difference, especially in a yoga studio.Overall though, it's a small intimate studio with a community atmosphere. Most of the teachers are quite friendly and great at guiding a yoga class.

I love the space and the vibe; but a game changer for me was they decreased their English-language weekend classes. Very disappointing.

This studio has some very good teachers and it is in a nice space. It’s nice to visit a studio that keeps the foundations of yoga without getting caught up in the commercialisation of yoga that so many other studios (especially in the anglo community) seem to fall prey to.
