From my experience, I was told that the phone would be repaired within 3 days which doesn't sound too bad. Then after those three days I got calls saying they had to get a piece for the phone shipped in. It took about a week and a few days to get my phone back. That repair only lasted about a month and I had to go back and the same thing happened. The workers didn't know exactly what was wrong with the phone so I had to buy a brand new one. I am most definitely never coming back.

From my experience, these guys are really good. I called in 3 different times to ask questions regarding my defective cell phone and he seemed pretty nice and answered all my questions. Also, they pick up their phone calls all the time. Open longer hours compared to near by stores.In the end, i brought my cellphone battery from here for blackberry 9900 for $30. Original battery for half the price of what rogers and other retail stores sell. And yes, it is 100% original not a rebrand or remake.

Customer service is bad, and you usually have to wait longer for repair times than they suggest. However, all their services and products are at the best prices you can find. So, its worth the struggle to save anywhere from 30%-65%. And if you know how to negotiate, thats a bonus.An example of wait time: They claimed that it would take them 4-5 days to fix my blackberry z10, it took them 8-10 days.Another example: They claimed it would take 3-4 days to fix my iphone 4s, it took them 5-6 days.If you're not in a rush, go here.

These guys are really nice and professionals. They fixed my Note 4 problem and I eventually bought a phone on an unexpectedly low price. I was brand new. Love this store. This guy Riaz is very helpful along with Fawad and Asalam. Thanks guys!

This place deserves negative stars. They are SCAMMERS! I paid for an OEM Apple Screen, but only got a fake screen! I confronted them about it but they denied it repeatedly! My phone was lagging for the longest time and my screen ended up breaking again! I decided to open up my phone and check what went wrong, they STOLE metal pieces on my phone and decided to PUT TAPE!WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DOES THIS? When you trust someone to fix your phone, you don't think they would be scamming you with taking ESSENTIAL pieces of your phone!Don't do the mistake I did, and trust this place!

Fast service, but be warned, if you get your iPhone screen repaired here, get the cheaper screen, the “Apple Brand” does not work better. I am not sure if it’s really apple, but my screen has never been the same since being replaced. Small features from the touch screen will be off. Typos more prevalent and the sensitivity is off depending on where you touched the screen. Showed the repair guy and he could t explain it to me.
