I always have a coupon for a free bag when I order my salt, but this time I had problems accessing the coupon online so I ended up ordering my 5 bags without the free one. Within about 10 minutes I was able to get the coupon and I called back to let them know. I wasn't sure if I would get the free bag as my order had already been processed. The delivery guys were here today with 6 bags for me! They are always cheerful and friendly and I appreciate what they do. After they left, I called Ellen at Riepert to thank her for getting my free bag of salt added to my order, I really appreciated her effort! I wanted to write this review but I had problems locating write a review". Ellen went above and beyond by staying on the phone to help me until I found what I needed! This is an example of excellent customer service and I appreciate Ellen and the delivery guys - thank you very much!"

I wanted to post a review today because of the exceptional service that I received yesterday as they delivered 10 bags of my water softener salt. Hats off to the Manager, Rob for having such awesome staff. From my call to place my first order, Sharon the Receptionist made placing my order go smoothly. She took time to listen to what items I wanted to order, then explained very clearly the cost. She took that extra moment to make sure all my delivery info was correct.On the day of delivery, the two gentleman were punctual. My order was carried to the basement in no time flat. Dylan and Noel even put two bags of softener salt in the bin. They even took the empty bags with them. On one of the hottest days (over 30C without humidex) both gentlemen wore a smile and were very polite.I highly recommend Riepert Salt!!! Give them a call. I am certain you will be happy you did. Riepert will definitely be getting all my future orders.

What can I say, been a customer for ever, the service is absolutely the best, softner salt when you need, customer follow up, the delivery guys, would never go anywhere else. Oh and their price is always the best for this service. I tell all my friends and lots switch.
