I don't often leave negative reviews, but I was inspired by this company to do so..I called this company in order to hire a very tall ladder.. the gentlemen on the other end of the phone pretended to write an appointment in his book whilst telling me it would be the first drop off on Wednesday morning of the following week.. so I planned work on that day.. I woke extremely early and drove for 5 hours, all the way from London to receive the ladder at 8am, but unfortunately it didn't arrive, and it turns out that the company does not operate on Wednesdays according to its Google listing.. how angry do you think I was on a scale of one to ten??...

What a fantastic piece of machinery the Genie Lift is! Thank you so much to Rob and Andy you are absolute stars! Can highly recommend anyone to use Whitby Tool and Plant Hire so helpful and know their stuff!

Great service

Used WTPH on several occasions over the last couple of years and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. All their gear is always in tip top condition and you can tell that no expenses has been spared to keep their fleet of plant hire vehicles in A1* condition aswel. I wouldn't use anyone else.
