I personally would NOT return to this place. The service I got is pretty poor for the price I paid. I had Marissa a few times- nice girl but she rushes through waxing and doesn’t do a thorough job. She doesn’t really care enough to do the best waxing. You know how some aestheticians are every attentive and love what they do ? Yeah she is not one of them. I’m totally unsatisfied, so this place is a NO for me.

Super clean and the staff is very friendly. The wax specialist I saw was so nice and easy to talk to! She made sure she was as gentle as possible with me and listened to what it was I wanted. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Honestly , anybody you go to here is lit , the customer service is exceptional and they are very understanding! All the staff are very knowledgeable and have a lot to offer , Hailey and Debricha are my favorite workers i highly recommend them. They both are is very Thorough with their work they make sure s they get every little hair possible and make the experience better by having great conversation! It brings me comfort to knowing they take many Precautions to be clean during this time of Covid ... P.S @ Hailey , take that trip to florida girl you won’t regret it !

So I paid for a package of 11 or 12 for Full Brazilian wax but I did not realize that I only need full Bikini wax. Full Bikini wax is cheaper. After using 6 out of the 11 or 12 package, finally one of the girl told that. Therefore, I asked the girl at the front desk to see if they can add couples wax to my package or keep me some kind of a credit because I paid more and didn’t need the services, and the girl at the front desk said, sorry they can’t do anything. I have to use up my package and than I can buy a new package with just Full Bikini. Not happy with their customers service. Make sure you asked in details before buying the package

I have been going to EWC for years and typically go to the Nashua location but they were totally booked today.I've never once had a bad experience until today.I cannot for the life of me remember my esthetician's name, but I went at 2 pm for a brow wax.Something happened today which I've never once experienced (and I've been getting my brows done for 12+ years). The waxer went over the same spots on my skin 2-3 times. It was soo painful, and at 10 pm tonight still feels sensitive and is still red. I'm not an esthetician, but I always thought best practice was to only go over a specific spot once, and tweeze what's leftover in order to avoid any skin irritation or lots of redness. I thought about saying something during the process..but I didn't want to be rude or question her. My eyebrows came out good, however, my skin is still red hours later (and I've been aloeing the areas).This experience has unfortunately made me rethink going to EWC ever again.

Really enjoyed my first visit. I was really nervous but the front desk employees and Marisa were awesome. Already booked my 2nd visit

BUT, the service itself never comes out how I like but usually I am lalright walking out with whatever they do because what other choice do i have right ? But this specific appointment was awful. I don’t remember the name of my waxer because it was my 1st time with her. She was nice but she didnt even ask how I like/want my brows. So i took it upon myself to tell her what I wanted before she got to work. Throughout the process I felt like she was removing too much hair but did not stop her just in case i was wrong. But i wasn’t. My eyebrows are horribly uneven. One longer than the other. She took off one whole side of my eyebrow on the side of my face. I really wonder if all these women are TRUE and qualified estheticians as I have never left 100% satisfied or with a job well done. I’ve tried different estheticians just because i liked the place but this was the last straw for me and I will NEVER return. I would honestly rather stay hairy than go back to the wax center at any location .

Had my appointment cancelled by the staff and they didn’t have no one to service me, so cancelled and I went to Radiant waxing in Burlington they are cheaper and provided 5 starts service.

I recommend Yicell and Debrochea. Front Desk Staff are polite and courteous.
