Very slow. A line of people at the register, then the cashier left for 10 minutes to make sandwiches for drivethru. At least my coffee and tea were correct.

Customer service is so disappointing with rude employees.Drive-thru only.They misheard our order and when we corrected them at the window, they rudely asked us why we didn't tell them at the mic. They also expected us to carry more than 5 hot drinks in our hands without trays. I mean they should have that sense to give us trays instead of asking. We were not impressed at all.

We were in Mont-Tremblant for a tournament this weekend and visited this Tim Hortons 3 times. Twice for breakfast and once for lunch. The service was great each and every time.The Chipotle Steak Loaded Bowl with their wedge fries was excellent!

Only 1 person doing anything, everyone else is doing nothing… had to skip waiting for a bagel with cream cheese because it was taking so long

We were there at 8.40 pm and waiting in the driveway considering this location opens till 9.00 pm. Suddenly manager came and put a garage bin in front of us to block the drive way. We were surprised his act since they are supposed to close at 9.00 pm not 1 mnt before. We still slipped in since it was our right to get our food served. Few minutes after he came back and yelled us why we got in and threatened us not to serve us food. We went there from Toronto and we needed coffee badly for our safe return home at night. I like to draw attention of proper authorities. That was really a ad experience for us...

Good coffee but had a leaky ice cap that the staff ignored. Had to get some napkins to clean the mess before bringing it in the car.

Worst service ever at the Tim Hortons. 7 people in line ..waited about 45mins. Very rude staff. They locked the front door with 7 people inside cause they couldn't handle it..lol. and as for the McDonald's the doors were locked on a Saturday morning. I looked inside and saw 2 employees struggling with the drive thru. Sad for a tourist area.

I went to this Tim's at 10AM on Aug 20, 2021 and it was an angel working the drive-through. I wish I lived closer so I could go to there everyday to hear her lovely voice. Her voice was super calming and soothing, even when she told me to stop speaking in broken French. Yes, they were busy and like most restaurants these days staff are hard to find, but please keep her, whoever she is.
