OM Yoga Studio

OM Yoga has been one of the best things I’ve ever introduced in my life! Stretching, releasing, deep breathing, and meditation are only the beginning of what it has to offer. There are so many different types of classes, and instructors, to hit each and every one’s needs. They offer adaptations and never judge. Even online, I feel like I’m right there. Thanks OM Yoga for everything you do! You go above and beyond!

I have been going to OM Yoga Studio since shortly after it opened. OM is a wonderful studio that has something to offer everyone. I have always felt welcome, comfortable and supported. Kim is extremely talented and passionate about yoga. She is also very realistic and encouraging in her teaching. The classes are always well planned and geared towards the level of the students. Kim is also very accommodating and works with each student to ensure that they are in a class or program that will give them the most positive experience. She is genuinely interested in each person.All the instructors at OM Studio are excellent, each one offering a different experience.We are so fortunate to have a studio of this calibre in Estevan. I would encourage anyone to give yoga at OM Studio a try! You will be happy you did!

I have been practicing yoga at Om Yoga Studio for two years now. The atmosphere is beautiful there! The gentle yoga class with Kim is my favourite. It is a slow & gentle class but can still be very challenging. You are encouraged to do what you can with lots of variations given, depending on your own ability. Kim’s talent & skill are amazing & I love her style of teaching. She is very open, kind & encouraging. I’ve also been to classes with other instructors & all of them were exceptional.There are so many different classes & workshops available at Om Yoga, with lots of different instructors to choose from, so it’s easy to find Yoga that you will love.I always feel fantastic after class & throughout my week. Yoga has helped me to feel stronger, more agile & enriched in my body, mind & spirit.I think they do excellent work & I highly recommend trying them out!

Awesome yoga studio! Kim offers a great variety of classes whether it's her teaching or one of her other great instructors! One always feels welcomed and is encouraged to make the practice fit your needs for that day with zero judgment. Lots of laughs along the way and leave feeling reset for the day!

We are so lucky to have such an incredible Yoga Studio right here in Estevan.There are incredible instructors that have so many different styles of classes to offer.There is something for everyone!OM is truly a beautiful community, that stretches past the studio itself.There is also a yearly yoga festival the studio provides for the community.OM Yoga Festival is an absolute great weekend!

I absolutely love OM yoga studio. It is such a wonderful gem in Estevan and I am so glad to have come across it! The studio provides a warm inviting environment to practice. The classes - both online and in person - are excellent! The schedule is always evolving and classes offer many different approaches to yoga - ensuring there is a class for everyone! The teachers are knowledgeable, skilled and welcoming. Kim is an excellent business owner and yoga teacher. I can't say enough good things about this yoga studio.
