Came across Frakas while on a pit stop with family on a road trip. Cutest little boutique with such nice clothes and accessories. Customer service was great!! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Kelowna

Very good customer service!! My most recent purchase was Just Black denim. Unfortunately the metal button at waist broke apart from the backing two weeks later. I took the jeans back to Frakas. Since they didn't have another pair in my size, they had the jeans professionally repaired. Communication was kind and courteous, service and repair prompt and complimentary. The jeans look awesome and the staff are alway friendly and helpful.

A nice selection of women's clothes and accessories and other items like candles. I picked up a stylish pair of shorts from the outside rack for 50% off! Clothing was slightly on the more expensive side but seemed to be decent quality.
