Where to start?I’m so happy I went to this shop.Ken, and his team there have truly helped me out a lot .I had cv shafts and differential service on my Ram 1500 done there .From the first moment I walked in the door and spoke to Ken, I knew I was in good hands .He knew exactly what was going on with my truck and he got it in the shop looked after , and back to me in amazing timing .My Ram hasn’t run this good in a long time.The professional, knowledge, and for being so organized there . I broke down just outside Richmond Hill 3 days before Christmas and dropped off my broken vehicle with Gary. I was on a spiritual journey across Canada and that was where things got put on hold. Slow down is the message.Long story short folks, Gary and his men gave it back to me first week of January and I immediately headed back to Alberta. I drove 4km on a rebuilt transmission, transfer case and universal joint replacement. I drove through some of the worst conditions I have ever done before and all the time didn't even have a single worry or thought about the work that was just done cause I just knew they were professionals and I was at peace. Unfortunately, the owner of these locations, Jason, did not frankly. My car was more than 7 hours behind the shop, and nobody even come to it. After he told the story about the diagnostics of my car. Really shame. Maybe it is a highly professional team, but human behavior is absent.Andrew

I would like to express thanks for a wonderful auto-repair experience at the Richmond Hill location. Gary, who was very knowledgeable and polite while explaining the issue that occurred was also very prompt with any major updates via a quick telephone call. He ordered parts needed for the fix, had them in his possession within 24 hours, and he was calling me to come on down and pick it up before I knew it. %100 would recommend to anyone in need of auto repairs.- D

If you have to get your transmission looked at, I highly recommend this location. Ken and the guys are great. They’re friendly and easy to deal with. It’s not even scary to have to go to this transmission shop. I had a small issue with a potential leak 6 months after they did the work. They immediately looked after it with no hassle at all. The new owner Jason is much better than the old owner Gary, who is racist, everytime when I called in, he said sorry I don’t understand you. In fact my English IELT is 7.0. Jason is much different, he is very friendly & professional, and most of all, his new team is the master. New sheriff in town. Highly recommended!

This experience demonstrated their remarkable sense of responsibility and integrity.Adding to my praise for this business, they excelled in resolving a persistent noise issue with my vehicle. Through their diagnosis during a test drive, they traced the problem to the rear wheel bearing. After the replacement, the noise was gone, and the drive is much more smooth.Overall great experience. Will definitely come again.
