Worst frozen yogurt I have had in my life. The flavours taste artificial and extremely sweet. And it’s way too overpriced. Save your money!

Not sure why but every time I walk in this place it smells like sweaty armpit BO. What’s going on with the smell I there clean it up and freshen it up in there guys!

Way too overpriced.. employees too chatty at the cash.. didn't even offer to clean the table, probably were having a very interesting conversation.. not a very pleasant customer service.

Gross frozen water for $24. What is wrong with this place? They serve coloured frozen water (that may have a dash of milk in it). Between all the different “flavours” you see here, I could not differentiate a single one, they all were watery garbage flavour! The toppings are a joke, they don’t have many options, still put them in little cups so you cannot decide how much of each you’d like, you have to take the whole cup. Also, why are the Oreos in full cookie form - you are serving the toppings to go on ice cream; they should be crushed??????Really overall a terrible tasteless experience where we felt robbed paying $24 for a watery mess.

Ice cream is watery. Some flavours taste of nothing, others just taste of processed sugar. Toppings must have been sitting in containers for a long time because they were clumped together.

Lots of flavours to choose from, so many toppings, make it how you want. Pay by weight. Cashier was nice. Product is quite expensive but a great treat.

This place has changed a lot over the years . The employees kept talking at the cash and we had to clean tables after other customers left .. it tasted like water and was super pricey for what it is ! Won’t go back that’s for sure !

Our ice cream was terrible! Very poor quality and filled with additives, sugar and food colouring. Wrong color pistachio ice cream. On the right orange and mango sorbet. After 2 bites I asked for a refund and was refused by the staff!

First off, the interior decor is in dire need of some TLC. The walls are littered with dents and chipped paint and there are items visibly stored by the entrance with a streamer hanging from the ceiling. It's depressing, honestly.The frozen yogurt, on the other hand, is great. That and the toppings are all priced according to total weight and not individual pricing. If there's a flavour you'd like to try, you can ask for a small cup to sample the flavours.Since Covid, they've but the toppings in little containers for you to add on top once you've sat down.

Great frozen yogurt, but I’m terrified of adding any toppings. For one topping, it might cost me 3$ or more. That cup that I am holding in the picture is the small one and costs 12$ without any toppings. So imagine grabbing the big one and adding toppings and chocolate sauce. It would probably come back around 25$. I don’t understand why it’s so expensive, but if it wasn’t the case, I would maybe go there more often and put the place to 4 stars. 5 stars once they add more flavours. But nonetheless, thank you for the great experience!
