I will get back on how my windows turn out as they have not been installed as of yet however ; I want to say so far from my quotes and the suggestions on what my house requires and what I want..they are so patient and very professional on assisting to the final decision. Richard really knows his products, and Michael is very charming in a good way and speaks to me with his honest opinion, which I admire.I can't wait for installation day.May 5/23Installation dayThese guys are neat,clean, and responsible, I feel safe as they are in my home. Oh...can I add.. polite and so well mannered. What a team..as well the owner came by to check on them as well to ask if I have any questions....I will post again when completed. Am I satisfied??? So far ,yes thumbs up!

We had 10 windows custom fabricated thru HB and installed within 2 days . The team was very efficient, professional and responsive to all our questions. The quality and workmanship of the final install was exceptional. There’s a multitude of options from argon gas to multilayer panes of glass for soundproofing and window design available. HB and the team are also very nice and accommodating to deal with. They are highly recommended!

Michael and his team at HB Windows did an excellent job installing our recent project which replaced every window in our home. They were able to guarantee a fit for the existing California shutters to be re-attached and they did it!The installation team were very polite, courteous and most importantly did a fantastic job with cleanup at the end of the job. HB team was very professional and punctual. During this pandemic they practice social distancing and wore their mask while still doing an amazing job. We were very impressed on how well the windows look that we ended up changing all o our doors as well. My daughter rooms which faces the front of the house always use to be really cold but now we notice that the temperature is normal. Richard was very easy to work with and advise what look good for the type of home that we have. Overall, my family and I are extremely happy and is complete amazed of how our home looks now.

I had all my windows replaced with Low-E argon windows since it has been over 20 years without any change and some windows were letting air in. They were very professional and quick with their 2 day service. I appreciated them cleaning up the debris after with their portable vacuum as well. Thank you!
