Would give zero stars if possible.These guys were hired to clean the windows our building. They did a terrible job.First they delayed multiple times. We had contracted them for May, they didn't do the work until August. Blamed the delays on weather. I could understand a week or two, but 3 months is a bit unreasonable.When they did show up, they did a terrible job. Tried to finish in one day but clearly missed large sections of work. We complained so they came back another day and still failed to clean sectionsWe complained, they did nothing. When we received the bill, we requested a credit for a portion of the work that was not completed; they told us we should have complained sooner.Will not be hiring them in coming years and would not recommend them at all.

I worked here and can say you definitely don’t want to hire them. We are paid commission so the faster we do the work the more we’re able to make. This leads to constant skipping of windows. It’s not even the employees fault for skipping as this is really the only way to make a liveable wage with how low jobs are priced. It all starts with management trying to rip employees off and trickles down to employees ripping off customers. Pay the little bit extra and get a company that actually cares. You really will get what you pay for.

I just had my windows cleaned by sparkle and I am very happy! They did a wonderful job and were very polite and sweet as well. I only got one of their names, so if you use sparkle for your windows make sure and ask for Govanni because he is the BEST!

Person driving the car drives very aggressively and cuts people off while yelling at them. Very unprofessional, especially given that this is a work vehicle and reflects badly on the brand.
