Expensive.

I'm even finding it hard to even give them a star at this point. I was in the city, visiting a friend and decided to change the luggage I came with, because my old luggage pulling handle had broken. I bought two IT luggage, the small and the medium. I travelled back with both with no issue. Now getting ready to travel to Europe, I packed both luggage and realized the bigger one, would tip forward when stand on the wheels. I inspected it and found out that the base of the right from wheel, would go in cause of the weight of the bag. Which never happened in all hard cases I have ever used. I called, and was told to call back to speak to the manager. Ever since I have been calling, and it seems, my number has been blacklisted and no one is willing to give me an answer. A luggage I bout for over $250 in less than a month, suddenly is falling apart. I would advice you never to go here. They have bad customer service, no help whatsoever. they only good with you, until you buy something and then you are blacklisted. Very terrible place. I will never ever let my enemy even step foot in this den, cause its nothing more than robbery.
